The building sits right on Žygio gatvė in the Žirmūnai district – and honestly, I love that it’s away from the tourist crush of Old Town but still totally manageable to get around.

The apartments themselves are what really won me over. Everything feels thoughtfully chosen, from the kitchen setup (which actually has proper knives and decent cookware – you’d be amazed how rare that is) to the way the living spaces are laid out. I mean, you can tell someone who understands how people actually live designed these places. The beds are genuinely comfortable too, not those rock-hard European mattresses you sometimes get stuck with. And the Wi-Fi? Fast enough that I could work without wanting to throw my laptop out the window. The neighborhood itself is pretty brilliant if you ask me – it’s got this lived-in feel where you’ll see families walking to school and locals grabbing coffee, but it’s not sleepy or boring. There’s a decent grocery store within walking distance (honestly essential when you have a proper kitchen), and getting into the city center takes maybe 15-20 minutes by bus or tram. The area gets quieter in the evenings, which I actually appreciated after busy days exploring Vilnius.

What really strikes me about this place is how the little details add up. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no standing around a lobby for ages or dealing with complicated key card systems. The whole experience feels more like borrowing a friend’s apartment than staying at a hotel, which sounds cheesy but it’s true. Even the cleaning standards are spot-on; everything was properly clean without that overwhelming chemical smell some places hit you with. And look, I’m not usually one to get excited about apartment rentals, but when you find a place that just works – good location, comfortable setup, reasonable price, and run by people who clearly care – it’s worth talking about. The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you stay there; it’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but it nails all the stuff that actually matters when you’re trying to enjoy a city.

  The apartment was big for 4 people, nicely furnished and we had everything we would need as if we were at home. It is spacious. Bathroom had all the amenities, we were pleasantly surprised (ear swabs, make-up remover pads, dental floss, feminine hygiene products, toothbrushes with toothpaste…you name it). The bed was very comfortable and the couch can be pulled out and is good for sleeping, too. We loved the big balcony that could be closed by glass windows when it rained. We were welcomed with a bottle of Lithuanian wine and chocolates. What a nice gesture. The kitchen was very nice (there was oil, coffee, tea, spices…). The grocery store is in the building across. We walked to the center and back every day. If you enjoy walking then it is not too far. It is in a nice neighborhood and the building has an elevator (but it did not work the last two days). The host was great, understanding (my Mom broke a bowl on accident on our last day and the host's response was so kind) and we got a timely response whenever we messaged. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it. Important note…the entrance to the building is on the other side of it.

  Very spacious and clean apartment. Good location, not too far from shop. Has everything you need for temporary stay. Very recommended.
  
  What could be improved: Only downside was for us that we got there quite late and couldn't find normal size cups to drink tea or coffee, but shop was close by, so we had to buy some.
