  – The apartment is strategically located between 10 min walk from the Old City and 7-10 min walk from the 2 and 88 bus line stops from/to the airport (including night 88N bus).
  – Everything's work, nothing is broke in the apartment.
  – (Weird point, but) the apartment has a bedroom actually separated (with a door) from a living room. Strangely many apartments in Vilnius declare themselves as "one bedroom", but actually are a studio.
  – Kitchen equipment is far better than one can expect from the place in this price category.
  – The bed is very comfortable on our taste.
