The name “DEBESYS” means “clouds” in Lithuanian, and honestly, that’s exactly how it feels up there – like you’re living among the clouds. What really got me was the attention to detail: heated floors in the bathroom, a kitchen that’s actually functional if you want to cook, and blackout curtains that work perfectly (trust me, the summer light in Vilnius starts ridiculously early). The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’re there – everything just works exactly as it should, which is rarer than you’d think in boutique places.

Here’s what you need to know practically: parking is included and easy, which is a godsend because finding spots in central Vilnius can be a nightmare. The Karoliniskes area might seem far from everything, but you’re actually only about 15 minutes by car to the cathedral, and there’s decent public transport connections – though honestly, having a car makes life easier. The neighborhood itself is pretty quiet, mostly locals going about their business, which I actually loved after dealing with crowded city centers elsewhere. You know what surprised me most? How peaceful it gets at night. No street noise, no drunk tourists stumbling around – just the city lights spread out below you like some sort of urban constellation. It’s the kind of place where you’ll find yourself just sitting by those massive windows with a cup of coffee, watching Vilnius wake up or wind down, depending on the time of day.

  Everything was great, we got a great welcome by staff and everything was very clean and modern. The interior and space was beautifully design. Loved the jacuzzi like bathtub that was super spacious. Amazing view at evening over the sparklug lighted city. Breakfast was exceptionally amazing!

  We had a wonderful stay! The staff were professional and very friendly, and our room was clean, cozy, and super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the view was absolutely spectacular.
  It rained when we arrived and was sunny when we left, but honestly, we loved the rainy weather even more. Watching the clouds roll by while relaxing in the jacuzzi was pure bliss! A bonus: the minibar was included into the price.
  
  What could be improved: The water pressure was a bit uneven at times, but I guess, that’s pretty understandable when you’re staying on the 68th floor.

  What could be improved: We did have a problem with a drone coming and going outside our windows throughout the evening and night, making us having to close the curtains several times. Which was a shame since the view is one of the highlights of this place.

  We got engaged during our stay in the City apartment! So we loved it: brand new and spacious premises (we had the whole floor for us), superb views, excellent personnel, and delicious breakfast. The bistro below was a great place to have a 360-degree walkaround.
  
  The City apartment is great for views of the southern Vilnius and Lazdynai. If you wish to see the Old Town, ask for the River apartment.
  
  What could be improved: In the apartment, you could hear the beats of electro music playing at the bistro (though it stopped at 10pm sharp). The price-value ratio is questionable but for a memorable cause the stay is worth it.

  Labai jaukus ir ypač šiuolaikiškas ir stilingas interjeras – 10 Balų kūrėjams. Viskas po ranka ko gali prireikti egzotiškai poilsinei nakvynei. Vos įėjus pro duris supranti kaip bus gera ir jauku šiuose apartamentuose. Labai švaru, tvarkinga ir viskas po ranka. Ypač kvapą gniaužiantis vaizdas, jeigu gamta nepagaili saulėtos dienos. Toks pastebėjimas, kad galėtų būti galimybė ne tik pusryčius rinktis, bet ir vakarienę.
  
  What could be improved: Šiek tiek reiktų suderinti muzikos garsą sklindančio iš apačioje esančio Toliai baro. Toks pastebėjimas ir gali kažkiek veikti žmones, kurie atvyko ramybės ieškoti. Tai gali kažkiek nuvilti. Bet tai viso labo maža ir ne visai reikšminga smulkmena, kuri tikrai labai lengvai koreguojama. Higienos priemoės, t.y rankšluosčiai truputį pukuojasi ir palieka savo pėdsakus ant kūno.
