Sometimes those panic bookings work out better than the ones you spend weeks researching. This place sits right on Vokiečių gatvė – which, if you’re wondering, is basically the heart of Old Town where all those cobblestone streets start making sense once you’ve walked them a few times.

The thing about apartment 31 is that it’s got this weird charm that grows on you. I mean, calling it “luxury” might be stretching things a bit (it’s a solid 3-star setup), but there’s something genuinely comfortable about the space that makes you want to actually hang out there instead of just crashing between sightseeing marathons. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-organized friend’s place than some sterile hotel room – you’ve got proper kitchen space if you want to grab groceries from that little Maxima down the street, and honestly, the coffee situation is way better than most places I’ve stayed in Vilnius. The windows face out toward the old town action, so you get these glimpses of people wandering around with their cameras, but it’s high enough up that you’re not dealing with the street noise until pretty late.

What really sold me on the location was realizing I could walk to pretty much everything worth seeing without planning elaborate transportation strategies. Cathedral Square is maybe a ten-minute stroll – less if you’re not stopping to take photos of every medieval building along the way (which, let’s be honest, you will be). The neighborhood has that perfect mix where you’re definitely in tourist central, but there are still actual Lithuanians going about their daily business, grabbing coffee and arguing about football or whatever. Parking was surprisingly manageable for Old Town – there’s a spot nearby that won’t completely destroy your budget, though I’d honestly recommend just walking everywhere once you’re settled in. The 7.5 rating seems about right; it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers on the basics really well, and the value makes sense when you factor in that you’re basically living in the middle of one of Europe’s most underrated old towns. Plus, the check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – none of that awkward “where exactly do I go” confusion that seems to plague half the apartment rentals in this city.

  Excellent location. Apartment has everything you might need + sauna

  What could be improved: Sound isolation to other apartment that is right next to it is pretty much non existent. You can hear everything- people talking, walking, closing doors, kids running and if things like that bothers you the place is not the best idea for you.

  What could be improved: Bubble bath or jacuzzi or whatever that is called cannot be used, the water comes out green and smelly.
  Not enough cups, cutlery etc for larger groups.
  Must be noted this apartment is on the 4th floor so not suitable if you have older people staying with you. Also with it being the top floor it gets extremely hot in the summer and no air con.

  Cozy apartment, good place in city center. Clean! Enough linens and towels for all people. Not cold in winter time so that’s a bug plus.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment arrangement is weird – there are two flats that share the same entrance and other people from the second apartment can just walk into the dining room. It’s weird and was not clear for describtion. No hand soap.

  The apartment is contemporary, neat and light. Everything is functional and clean. The sauna is easy to operate and a bonus on cold winter days. The apartment is in a walking distance to the city centre with lots of shops and lovely and cosy restaurants around. Overall we had a wonderful stay in the flat and would recommend it.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, so beware people with mobility issues and heavy luggage. The wall with the neighboring flat is thin which could be distracting if you are unlucky to get noisy neighbours. An easily fixable issue – the toilet needs soap and a towel.
