Honestly, #stayhere Modern & Compact 1BDR Uptown Vilnius surprised me – and I mean that in the best way possible. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical about the name (hashtag in a hotel name, really?), but once you step inside this place on Mindaugo Street, you get it. The whole vibe is Instagram-worthy without trying too hard, if that makes sense.

The location is actually perfect for exploring Vilnius without dealing with Old Town tourist chaos. You’re right in Naujamiestis, which locals just call the New Town, and honestly it feels more like where real people live and work. There’s this great coffee spot called Mint Vinetu just around the corner that most tourists never find – I grabbed my morning espresso there every day. The apartment itself lives up to that “modern and compact” promise… it’s not huge, but everything has its place, you know? The bed is surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and there’s actually enough closet space for a week’s worth of clothes. What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup – not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actual cooking space. I made breakfast a couple times and picked up groceries at the IKI down the street.

You know what really sold me though? The little details. The shower has proper water pressure (thank god), the wifi actually works throughout the apartment, and – this might sound weird – but the windows block out street noise really well. Mindaugo can get busy during rush hour, but I slept fine every night. The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s one of those places that just works without any drama. Check-in was smooth, the host responds to messages quickly, and when I accidentally locked myself out one evening (don’t ask), they sorted it out in like fifteen minutes. If you’re the type who wants to be walking distance from Gediminas Avenue shopping but not paying Old Town prices, this is your spot. Plus there’s decent parking nearby if you’re driving, which… well, in Vilnius city center that’s basically a miracle.

  I liked everything about it. The apt was as shown, the neighborhood was quiet and I enjoyed seeing the neighbors out & about. IKI across the street for groceries. LOLA restaurant serves all day breakfast & the food is delish. Restaurants were close & plentiful. Old Town an easy 15 minute walk as was the train & bus station. Express bus from the airport. Vilnius is a gem of a city and it was educational and fun getting to know it.

  The style of the apartment was really nice and the facilities were amazing. Even a washing machine, a dishwasher and an oven were there for us.
  The neighbourhood felt pretty safe as well as the building. Everything we needed was walking distance and there was also a big supermarket very close to the apartment.

  The location is great, the apartment is well equipped for a long stay (>3 nights).
  
  What could be improved: The apartment seems to be very sealed, there was no air flow, especially at night, and the air conditioning didn’t help much. Solved the problem by opening windows/balcony regularly.

  One of the best stays I've ever had. Comfy, clean, quiet modern flat with great location. Everything is close. I will definitely recommend it.

  Modern, well equipped and spacious flat in a newly built residential building. 15 minutes walk to downtown. Easy access. Parking right in front of the building costs 1,50€ per hour, but just one street further it's much cheaper (yellow instead of red parking zone).
  
  What could be improved: Information about street parking wasn't great. Yeah right in front of the building it's quite expensive, but the cheaper parking zone is literally just around the corner, and there's a lot of space too. Owner should include this information.
