Newly Furnished Vilnius Town Hall Apartments by Reside Baltic Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Newly Furnished Vilnius Town Hall Apartments by Reside Baltic on Didžioji Street, you immediately know you’ve hit the jackpot location-wise. I mean, you’re literally steps from the Town Hall Square — the kind of spot where you can grab morning coffee and watch Vilnius wake up. The building itself has that perfect blend of historic charm and modern updates that you hope for but rarely find in Old Town properties.
Location & Neighborhood
Honestly, the location score of 9.9 isn’t just marketing fluff — it’s spot on. You’re in the absolute heart of the Old Town, which means cobblestone streets, medieval architecture, and that magical feeling of stepping back in time. What I love is that you can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing, but you’re also tucked away enough that it doesn’t feel like a tourist trap. The couples rating this place 9.8 makes total sense because there’s something genuinely romantic about wandering these streets at night, then coming back to your own little apartment rather than a sterile hotel room.
The Apartment Experience
The “newly furnished” part really shows — everything feels fresh and thoughtfully chosen without being overly trendy. You get proper living space, which is such a game-changer when you’re staying more than a night or two. Having your own kitchen means you can hit the local markets (there’s a great one nearby) and actually cook with Lithuanian ingredients if you’re into that sort of thing. The setup works perfectly whether you’re here for business or just want to live like a local for a few days.
Practical Perks
Here’s something that actually matters more than you’d think — they have private parking on site. If you’ve ever tried to navigate Old Town Vilnius with a rental car, you’ll understand why this is huge. Most places around here either have no parking or you’re stuck circling the narrow streets looking for a spot. The four-star rating feels right for what you get — it’s polished and comfortable without being pretentious about it.
Why Guests Love It
You know what really sets this place apart? It’s that perfect balance of being right in the action but still feeling like you have your own space. When you stay here, you’re not just visiting Vilnius — you’re actually living in it for a while. The fact that couples consistently rave about it tells you something about the atmosphere they’ve created. Plus, there’s something satisfying about having a proper base to explore from, especially when that base happens to be in one of Europe’s most underrated Old Towns. The restaurant scene around here is fantastic too, with everything from traditional Lithuanian spots to modern European places just a few minutes’ walk away.

Reviews of Newly Furnished Vilnius Town Hall Apartments by Reside Baltic
Great location, rather new, and has potential to be great with a bit of attention. – Derrick from Italy – August 8, 2025 (6/10)
Property is centrally located within walking distance to many sights in old town. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Paid on-site parking was also convenient. Facilities appear newish and sleeping accomodations were comfortable.
What could be improved: Shower curtain was moldy and amenities were scarce for the number of people and number of nights booked. For example, not much shampoo or toilet paper rolls were provided. There was no body gel. Also, no detergent for the washing machine was included. Replacement trash bags were also not present. Although a fan was provided, unit could benefit from air conditioner unit also in bedroom.Exceptional – Trena1202 from Hungary – July 27, 2025 (10/10)
Jól felszerelt, központi helyen. Jó helye volt az autónak.
Wonderful – Hościło from Poland – July 26, 2025 (9/10)
Localization was perfect. In middle of Old town with short acces to all atractions.
What could be improved: small issue with Dryer as it is almost impossible to drain watter.Apartamento muy acogedor y bien situado – Angeles from Spain – July 15, 2025 (10/10)

Sehr zentrale Altstadtlage; allerdings wenig romantische Hinterhofatmosphäre; dafür sehr ruhig.
What could be improved: Zu wenig Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher und BadetücherExceptional – K from Poland – May 18, 2025 (10/10)
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Przestronne wnętrze. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie.
Very satisfied. Great place to stay to explore the old town. – Anton from Estonia – April 30, 2025 (9/10)
Everything was just perfect. Kitchenware was clean, knives — sharp.
The appartment is located near the central square.
What could be improved: There is a sewer smell in the shower room.
The towels should have loops.Exceptional – Emilia from France – February 7, 2025 (10/10)
