  Great location. Easy to reach on foot from the bus station. Clean apartment. Nice view from the window
  
  What could be improved: There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Sugar was mixed with salt, so the first morning was ruined. It was hard to carry baggage up to the second floor through narrow passages.

  Wonderful location in heart of Vilnius old town. Nice kitchen with burners. Lots of space. Comfortable stay for a week. Good wifi. Desk in bedroom was very nice!
  
  What could be improved: No serious curtains. Dining table feels small and flimsy. Couch is not comfortable at all. Pots and pans were old, no utencils. No coffee, oil, salt/pepper, and basic kitchen stuff. Shower is kinda rusty.

  A charming apartment in the city center. Exceptionally quiet, cozy, spacious, well-stuffed, with easy access (two flights up), and well-lit.
  The host's instructions were very clear, the keys were in the lockbox, and everything worked well. The balcony with a glass table is a lovely place to eat.
  
  What could be improved: We couldn't find any instructions on how to use the hot water electronic boiler, so we pressed a few buttons randomly, and it worked. The kitchen area needs more light. There's a serious problem with parking – we rented a car and couldn't figure out how and where to park, so we parked in a free area by the Gates of Dawn – 5 min walk away.

  – Was not prepared for the third person, it was puzzling to find bed stuff
  – The bed in bedroom was wobbly and it broke first minutes when laying. No actual help: we texted about the problem, but instead of help we received bot's promotional texts on points of interest in the city

  A large apartment in the center of Vilnius, in an authentic old house. The carved wooden door that leads to the entrance is a work of art. Thick walls. Warm. Heated floors.

  The apartment can easily accommodate 3 or even 4 people.

  Location, location, location. It is near to everything in Vilnius.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment needs to be upgraded. It's 20's vibe there and not always in a good way. There are holes in balcony window, the fridge isn't closing properly, some furniture is outdated, only one pair of keys for the whole family, etc. Still good place to stay, but it needs more love.

  The flat is a few minutes walk from the Old Town. We stayed there once in summer and already pointed out to the hosts a few things to improve. We chose to stay here again because the location suits us very well to visit our family.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately this time the stink of old cigarettes' was overwhelming as we entered the flat (owners advertised non smoking policy). It lingered in a flat (bathroom included!) all ten days we stayed there. We did buy air freshener and kept opening windows but it hardly helped. Curtains, that do not give any privacy, haven't been changed, only became more dirty and tatty. The same one old scrunched pillow (each) and skimpy duvet on double size bed. The flat does need a good clean up and fresh up.
