  What could be improved: There was no hot water in the apartment, and the pillows were very small and uncomfortable.
  Additionally, the host did not provide any check-in information in advance — I had to reach out to get it. Even then, I wasn't given the check-in details until I paid the city tax via bank transfer, which felt very strange and inconvenient. Normally, I pay the city tax in cash at check-out, and it's never been a requirement for check-in before.
