Solo Society City House Vilnius coliving Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Solo Society City House Vilnius coliving on Šv. Stepono street, you immediately get that this isn’t your typical hotel. The building sits perfectly in Naujamiestis — honestly, one of the best spots you could ask for in Vilnius. There’s something refreshingly modern about the whole setup, but it doesn’t feel sterile or corporate. I mean, the coliving concept might sound intimidating if you’re used to traditional hotels, but this four-star property strikes a really nice balance between social spaces and privacy.
Location & Neighborhood
You know what really sold me on this place? The location is absolutely spot-on. Naujamiestis puts you right in the heart of things without the tourist chaos of Old Town — though you can easily walk there in about ten minutes. The street itself is quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep well, but step out the door and you’re surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and that authentic Vilnius energy. Couples seem to particularly love it here, and I can see why — there’s something romantic about wandering these tree-lined streets together, especially in the evening when the old streetlights come on.
The Space & Social Areas
The coliving setup actually works better than I expected. Sure, you’ve got your private room (which feels more like a boutique hotel room than a hostel), but the common areas are where this place really shines. The kitchen and lounge spaces are designed for people who want to connect — or just grab a coffee and work on their laptop in peace. I watched people naturally strike up conversations over breakfast, but nobody felt pressured to be social if they weren’t in the mood. The whole vibe is relaxed and international, with a good mix of digital nomads, couples, and travelers who appreciate something a bit different.
The Room Experience
My room was clean, well-designed, and honestly more spacious than I anticipated. The beds are comfortable — not groundbreaking, but you’ll sleep well. What I really appreciated were the thoughtful touches: good lighting for reading, enough outlets for all your devices, and storage that actually makes sense. The bathrooms are modern and well-maintained, though you might be sharing depending on which room type you book. The soundproofing is decent too, which matters when you’re in a coliving situation with people coming and going at different hours.
Why Guests Love It
This place has earned its 8.7 rating because it delivers on what it promises — a social yet comfortable base in an unbeatable location. Recent guests consistently rave about the neighborhood, and after spending time here, I totally get it. You’re close enough to everything that matters in Vilnius, but you’re staying somewhere that feels more authentic than the typical hotel district. The staff genuinely seems to care about creating a good experience, and the whole concept just works. If you’re open to something slightly different and want to be in the best part of the city, Solo Society City House Vilnius coliving is definitely worth considering.
Vilnius hotels provide guests with comfortable accommodations in Lithuania’s cultural capital, known for its stunning baroque architecture and rich historical heritage.

Reviews of Solo Society City House Vilnius coliving
Easy access to the bus terminal – Vitor from Brazil – August 24, 2025 (8/10)
New build with good infrastructure
What could be improved: Everything was great, but I missed cutlery and utensils in the apartment. Bed not very comfortable eitherCold but fun – Mykyta from United Kingdom – August 23, 2025 (8/10)
Extremely clean, really comfy, a lot of things to do (e.g., table football), it’s near the bus and train station but on the other side so you don’t need to cross it to get to the hotel… close to the center
What could be improved: You can’t regulate temperature, we lived on the 1st floor our window were facing the another building and a walking path with benches, basically people sitting and walking quite close to us, no feeling of privacyExceptional – Liad from Israel – August 10, 2025 (10/10)
מצוין
Exceptional – Daniel from Brazil – August 8, 2025 (10/10)

What could be improved: Do not have TV in the room….but outside you have a big cinema.Wonderful – Tatiana from Finland – July 22, 2025 (9/10)
New apartment in convenient location
What could be improved: It took some time to get the second blanketWould recommend. Great location. Worth the price – Cathan from United Kingdom – July 10, 2025 (9/10)
Decent bed. Decent shower. Easy check in and check out. Staff very helpful. Gym was ok for a basic workout but lacking a few features that would make it perfect. Quiet enough for a huge shared property.
What could be improved: No AC, no fan, window couldn’t fully open. Meaning in the heat of the summer the room was constantly hot even at night. Made it difficult to sleep.Exceptional – Andrew from United States – June 30, 2025 (10/10)
Perfect location for getting in and out of the city. Within sight of the train and bus stations and also a supermarket. Short walk to the old town and city market. Very modern facilities. I had a refrigerator, microwave and kettle in my room.
What could be improved: Some guests didn't clean up after themselves in the common kitchen. There were dirty pots, pans and dishes every time I tried to use it. This doesn't reflect on the hotel staff though, just the guests.Wonderful – Hans from Norway – June 22, 2025 (9/10)
The price was really good and the location even better. Clean, nice and spacey room.
Fantastic place, better without noise from bathroom! – Lei from Ireland – May 5, 2025 (9/10)
Everything is new
5 mins from train station
Comfortable bed and pillow, pillow even over fluffy
What could be improved: A bit away from old town, 30 mins walk
Buzzing noise from bathroom 24/7, I guess is ventilation
