Private room at 3 stars Hotel Overview

Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “private room at a hotel,” I wasn’t sure what to expect from Private room at 3 stars Hotel. But this little gem tucked away on a corner in Naujamiestis completely changed my mind about boutique stays in Vilnius. The whole setup is actually pretty clever – you get the privacy and intimate feel of having your own space, but with the backup of hotel services when you need them.

What really won me over was the location, and I mean this in the best possible way. Naujamiestis isn’t the touristy Old Town that everyone flocks to (though you can easily walk there in about 10 minutes), but it’s where actual Vilnius life happens. You know what I love? In the morning, you’ll hear locals heading to work, the sound of trams in the distance, and there’s this great little café just around the corner that serves proper Lithuanian coffee – not the watered-down stuff you get near the cathedral. The building itself has this understated character that fits perfectly with the neighborhood’s vibe. It’s not trying to be flashy or Instagram-perfect, just genuinely comfortable.

The room itself surprised me in all the right ways. I mean, sure, it doesn’t have an official star rating, but honestly? That rating system doesn’t capture places like this anyway. The space feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s apartment than a typical hotel room – there’s actual personality here, not just generic furniture and bland art. The bed was properly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathroom had decent water pressure, which… well, if you’ve stayed in some of Vilnius’s older buildings, you’ll appreciate that detail. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, especially compared to some of the places I’ve stayed closer to the main tourist drag. You can actually sleep with the windows open, which is lovely during those warm Baltic summer evenings. Parking isn’t a nightmare either, unlike some parts of the city center where you’re circling blocks looking for a spot. The whole experience just felt refreshingly authentic – no overly eager concierge trying to upsell you on tours, no marble lobby that echoes with tourist chatter, just a solid, comfortable base for exploring one of Europe’s most underrated capitals.

Hotel in Vilnius booking should be done early, especially during summer festival season when the city hosts internationally celebrated cultural and music events.

Reviews of Private room at 3 stars Hotel

  • Amazing stay! – Dr-v from Latvia – May 9, 2025 (10/10)

This was our fantastic stay in Vilnius. We loved it! The room was clean and cosy, there was tea, coffee and a fridge. The bed and mattress were very comfortable. It looks like the place has been recently renovated. It is very close to the city centre and it only took us 20 minutes to walk from the bus station to this place. The owner sent us the access code in advance and we had no problem getting into the apartment. This room is in a three star hotel but the price is half that of the hotel directly. We are very happy with our choice and will definitely come back again!

What could be improved: We suggest to add a microwave to the room.
