I honestly appreciated having space to spread out after days of wandering around Vilnius’s winding streets. The bathrooms are compact but well-designed, and there’s actually decent water pressure, which can be hit-or-miss in Old Town buildings.

What really sold me on this place though was how it connects you to the neighborhood rhythm. Early mornings, you’ll hear the soft clatter of delivery trucks bringing fresh bread to the nearby bakeries – it’s not jarring, just… authentic city life. The Paupys area has this interesting mix of locals heading to work and visitors discovering the riverside paths along the Neris. You’re close enough to walk to Gediminas Tower or the cathedral square when you want that full tourist experience, but you can also duck into genuine Lithuanian cafes where the baristas aren’t performing for Instagram. Parking can be tricky (honestly, it’s Old Town – that’s just reality), but the building management actually provides decent guidance on where to find spots that won’t get you towed. The 8.8 rating makes sense to me because this isn’t about luxury – it’s about getting the details right so you can focus on exploring rather than fighting with your accommodation. If you’re the type who wants room service and daily housekeeping, look elsewhere.   Location was perfect in the newly built district. The apartment was very cosy and clean. Bed had a stiff mattress which is very good for the rest quality. Really nice bonus was the courtyard and private terrace for enjoying nice weather.
  The Paupys qarter had everything you need for the nice vacation starting from supermarket to gym, not mentioning a very good variety of cafes with quality coffee and pastries.
  
  What could be improved: A bit negative surprise was that the kitchen missed the coffee machine and there was no detergent for the dishwasher nor brush for washing by hand.

  Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything about our experience was excellent. The apartment is brand new, beautifully furnished, and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. What we loved the most was the stunning terrace in the apartment. It offered breathtaking views and was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting the area. We can't wait to come back!
