  What could be improved: Es war leider sehr laut und da es im Erdgeschoss auf eine belebte Straße ging mussten wir die Fenster mit Vorhängen verschließen … daher auch sehr dunkel und leider nicht sehr sauber.

  What could be improved: Demeaning and disrespectful staff which partly ruined the stay: first the instruction they sent didnt match the boxes for keys and since I arrived too late, I couldnt find a right box, so I just left and slept at my friend even though the night was already paid. Second, when I wrote through booking com I received just insults , how all of it is my fault, how confused I am, nobody else had a problem etc (the box name didnt match the apartment name and the number did not match the number, I did not check all the boxes due to decency since its not mine) Then in the morning other person (possibly owner) called to blame me again and gave shit for "waking the staff" at night even though I just wrote through booking and the staff gave their whatsapp at night themselves. I felt humiliated and disrespected.
