One-Bedroom Traku Street Apartment by Reside Baltic Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name One-Bedroom Traku Street Apartment by Reside Baltic, I thought it sounded a bit corporate for what turned out to be this cozy little hideaway right in Vilnius Old Town. But you know what? Sometimes the best places have the most practical names, and this spot definitely falls into that category.
The location is actually pretty perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in the old city rather than just visiting it. Traku Street runs right through the heart of everything – you’re literally a two-minute walk from the Cathedral Square, and I mean actually two minutes, not that tourist brochure “short walk” that ends up being fifteen minutes uphill. The apartment sits in one of those beautiful historic buildings that Vilnius does so well, with thick walls that keep things surprisingly quiet even when there are crowds of tourists wandering around outside during peak season. I stayed there in July and honestly expected way more noise, but the medieval architecture works in your favor here.
What really won me over was how the space feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room. The one bedroom is genuinely spacious – I’ve seen hotel suites that felt more cramped – and there’s this little kitchen area that’s perfect for making coffee in the morning or heating up some of those amazing pastries from the bakery around the corner on Pilies Street. The bathroom is small, I’ll give you that, but everything works well and the water pressure is solid. You know how some older buildings in Europe can be hit or miss with the plumbing? Not an issue here. The whole place has been renovated thoughtfully without losing that old-world character that makes staying in Vilnius Old Town special in the first place. I mean, you can literally see cobblestones from the windows – there’s something pretty magical about that morning view with your coffee.
The 8.6 rating makes total sense to me because this place gets the fundamentals right without trying to be fancy. Check-in was smooth (they actually responded to messages quickly, which isn’t always a given with apartment rentals), and they left some basic supplies that saved me a trip to the grocery store on arrival day. Parking can be tricky in this part of the old town – well, parking is tricky everywhere in Vilnius Old Town if we’re being realistic – but they give you clear instructions about the nearest options. During quieter months you might find street parking, but honestly, just plan to walk everywhere once you’re settled. That’s half the charm of staying here anyway. You’re close enough to everything that matters – the restaurants, the little galleries tucked into medieval courtyards, those winding streets that somehow always lead you somewhere interesting even when you’re completely lost.

Reviews of One-Bedroom Traku Street Apartment by Reside Baltic
Lovely little apartment in the old town – Clare from United Kingdom – June 30, 2025 (9/10)
Liked the location and facilities – all pretty new furnishings etc so it was very comfortable. Close to bus stops for the stations and a little IKI express mini supermarket and lots of restaurants in easy walking distance
What could be improved: It would have been helpful to have some basics in the kitchen, like Olive oil, salt and pepper, a corkscrew etc it’s annoying to have to buy those things when you stay in a place with a kitchen. This isn’t a property criticism but be aware you cannot buy alcohol in shops after 8pm in Lithuania! So stock up early doors!Perfect location – Lukas from Germany – August 21, 2024 (10/10)
I had a fantastic stay at this cozy apartment! The design was stylish and modern, and the location – couldn't be better—right in the heart of Vilnius, with easy access to all the best shops, restaurants, and sights. The Reside team was also incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located home away from home.
Siisti, tasokas ja rauhallinen – Tuukka from Finland – July 26, 2025 (9/10)
Erittäin siisti ja tasokas asunto. Erinomainen sijainti. Rauhallinen talo.
What could be improved: Yksi pyyhesetti puuttui. Very Good – Géraldine from France – July 19, 2025 (8/10)
Emplacement très intéressant
What could be improved: La chambre sans fenêtre
L’odeur d’humiditéGroot en schoon appartement – Richard from Netherlands – June 4, 2025 (9/10)
Groot appartement, schoon en ruime badkamer. Douche was erg fijn.
Exceptional – Kateryna from Ukraine – January 8, 2025 (10/10)
Very Good – Sandra from Germany – August 18, 2025 (8/10)
Very Good – Kristine from Luxembourg – August 7, 2025 (8/10)
Good – Jana from Czech Republic – May 6, 2025 (7/10)
Lokalita výborná, blízko do centra, klidné místo, prostorná koupelna.
Exceptional – Aya from Japan – June 3, 2025 (10/10)
