The kitchen setup is actually functional (I made coffee there every morning and even managed a simple dinner one night), and the bathroom has that satisfying hot water pressure you never quite trust you’ll get in Eastern Europe. What struck me most was how quiet it gets at night – being up on the ninth floor really insulates you from street noise, which is something you don’t realize you need until you have it. The building itself feels very local, you know? You’ll share the elevator with actual residents heading to work, which somehow makes the whole experience feel more authentic than staying in some generic hotel district.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before booking: the walk to Old Town is totally doable (maybe 15-20 minutes if you’re not rushing), but more importantly, you’re actually in a neighborhood where things happen. There’s a decent grocery store practically next door, and the bus connections are honestly better than what you’d get staying right in the tourist center – the 53 bus gets you anywhere you need to go. The host was refreshingly straightforward during check-in, no unnecessary small talk but clearly knows their stuff about the area. I actually ended up extending my stay by two nights because, well, why mess with a good thing? The 9.8 rating makes sense when you realize you’re getting genuine value rather than paying for location and brand name. It’s not trying to be anything fancy, just a really solid base for exploring Vilnius without the tourist markup.

Hotel in Vilnius booking should be done early, especially during summer festival season when the city hosts internationally celebrated cultural and music events.

  I loved the apartment. I will definitely return on my next business trip. Perfect for 1-2 people. It was very cozy, clean and new. Very well equipped, every little detail in the apartment felt thought through. Great value for the money. Not too far from the center.
