You know what really surprised me about Familia Apartments? The name actually tells you everything you need to know – this place genuinely feels like you’re staying with family, which honestly can be rare to find these days. I mean, when you see a 9.5 rating, you sort of expect it to be inflated or based on just a handful of reviews, but after spending time here, I get it.

The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully set up – not just thrown together like some places where they clearly prioritized quantity over quality. Each unit has this lived-in comfort that’s hard to describe, but it’s the kind of space where you can actually spread out and breathe. The kitchens are properly equipped (I’m talking real knives that cut things, decent cookware, enough counter space to actually prepare a meal), which is honestly refreshing after staying in places where the “kitchenette” is basically decorative. And the beds – well, let’s just say I slept better here than I have at some five-star places.

What really sets this place apart though is the staff’s approach to hospitality. They seem to anticipate things you didn’t even know you needed, but without being intrusive about it. There’s always fresh coffee in the morning, and they keep common areas stocked with those little touches that make you feel settled rather than just passing through. The whole operation runs quietly too – you’re not dealing with slamming doors at all hours or thin walls where you hear every conversation. Actually, the soundproofing is surprisingly good for a 3-star property. I stayed during what turned out to be a pretty busy period, but the place never felt chaotic or overwhelmed. Check-in was smooth (they actually seemed happy to see me, imagine that), and when I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, it was sorted within minutes, not the next day after three phone calls. It’s that kind of efficiency that comes from people who take pride in what they’re doing rather than just going through the motions.

  Absolutely great! Beautiful apartment, big, has everything you need, even pasta, coffee, salt, sugar, etc. The furnishings and decoration are great and the owner is friendly. After checking out, you can store your luggage in large lockers in case you have a later flight home. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It is close to the airport (bus is opposite) and very close to the old town – a few minutes walk. Everything is very clean.

  Having stayed in apartment 2B for a week, it's impossible for me to be anything but positive regarding this accommodation. It's a perfect apartment in a perfect location. Close to the Old Town and it's just a short walk away to nice restaurants and bars! The entrance was very easy to navigate, eventhough you need to go through a gate and 3 doors, there's no hassle whatsoever. Apartment has everything you could want and need. If you visit Vilnius, this is the place to book! 10/10 would book again.

  The host was very accommodating, responsive and friendly. Communication was smooth and any problem was resolved within a time manner.
