  Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja hiljainen sekä varustelutaso oli huikee. Bussipysäkit olivat ihan vieressä ja niillä pääsi helposti keskustaan. Päivittäistavarakauppa oli viereisessä ostoskeskuksessa ja sieltä sai kaiken tarvittavan edulliseen hintaan. Useita ruokaravintoloita oli lähistöllä. Pienen kävelymatkan päässä oli luonnonpuisto Neris-joen varrella.
