You know what struck me first about EIM apartment? It’s tucked right on Visų Šventųjų street in the heart of Old Town, and I mean literally in the thick of things – you can hear the cobblestones under people’s feet from your window, but somehow it doesn’t feel touristy or overwhelming. The building itself has that understated Baltic charm, nothing flashy, just solid and welcoming in that way older European places manage to pull off.
What really got me was how the owners actually get what travelers need. The apartment feels like someone’s thoughtfully designed home rather than a sterile rental unit. The kitchen – and I’m picky about kitchens – actually has everything you’d use to make a proper meal, not just the bare minimum most places throw in. I spent a morning brewing coffee and watching locals head to work through the tall windows, which honestly became one of my favorite parts of staying there. The Wi-Fi was solid too (I had to work a few days), and there’s something refreshing about a place where the basics just… work.
Being right in Old Town means you’re walking distance from everything that matters – Gediminas Tower is maybe a ten-minute stroll, and you can wander down to the river or up toward the cathedral without thinking twice about it. But here’s the thing locals know: Visų Šventųjų street sits just off the main tourist drag, so you get the convenience without the constant stream of tour groups. I could slip out for groceries at the little market around the corner or grab dinner at one of those family-run Lithuanian places that don’t even have English menus. The 9.8 rating honestly makes sense – it’s not trying to be a luxury hotel, but everything about the experience feels considered and genuine. If you’re the type who’d rather stay somewhere that feels like a neighborhood discovery than a booking.com special, this is your spot.

Everything was great. Location was even better than expected. Amazing shower. What stood out was care for long hair people . There was shampoo separate. Conditioner separate. Hair dryer! Was amazing accomotion.
Also had fridge and kettle.
The apartment was amazing place to stay in. Great experience. Owners were great at communicating. I couldn't recommend enough!

Bardzo ładne, wygodne mieszkanie, z pełnym wyposażeniem, położone w dawnym klasztorze, z zachowanymi oryginalnymi sklepieniami i pierwotnymi elementami (drewniane belki), dzięki czemu można było się przenieść do „przeszłości”. Idealna lokalizacja: obok Ostrej Bramy. Szczerze polecam 🙂

Z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić EIM apartment. Idealny dla pary lub tak jak w naszym przypadku 2+1. Apartament jest po prostu piękny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Posiada wszystkie udogodnienia i sprzęty przydatne na wyjeździe. Pomimo tego, że leży w sercu starego Wilna wieczorem i w nocy jest cicho i spokojnie. Do wszystkich najważniejszych zabytków dojdzie się spacerem w przeciągu 20 minut. W sąsiedztwie mieści się Hala Targowa więc można zrobić zakupy od lokalnych producentów, kupić świeże warzywa i owoce. Kontakt z obsługą na najwyższym poziomie. Bezpłatny parking ogólnodostępny mieści się na podwórzu więc tak naprawdę nie ma gwarancji wolnego miejsca. Zanim wjedzie się w dość wąskie podwórze warto sprawdzić czy jest wolne miejsce. My po przyjeździe takiego nie zastaliśmy więc zaparkowaliśmy na płatnym parkingu w pobliżu. Po 1,5h na podwórzu zrobiło się luźniej więc mogliśmy przeparkować i do końca pobytu stał praktycznie pod naszym oknem. Jeśli wrócimy do Wilna to do EIM apartment. Na pewno będziemy polecać znajomym to miejsce 🙂
