Walking into the apartment, you immediately get why they went with “luxury designer” in the name – everything feels thoughtfully curated without being stuffy about it. The furniture has that modern Lithuanian design aesthetic that’s been getting a lot of attention lately, sort of minimalist but still warm and livable. I mean, you can actually sit on the couch without worrying about messing up some pristine display piece. The lighting throughout is really well done too – they’ve got these interesting pendant fixtures that cast this gorgeous warm glow in the evenings, which honestly makes even terrible takeout photos look Instagram-worthy.

What really struck me was how they’ve managed to nail the details that actually matter when you’re staying somewhere. The kitchen is properly equipped (not just decorative), the Wi-Fi is genuinely fast, and – this might sound silly – but the shower pressure is fantastic. You’d be amazed how many “luxury” places get that basic stuff wrong. The bed situation is solid too; they’ve clearly invested in quality linens and a mattress that doesn’t feel like it came from a budget chain. I’m usually pretty picky about where I sleep, and I slept really well here.

The whole setup works particularly well if you’re planning to stay for more than just a night or two. There’s proper storage space (actual hangers in the closet, imagine that), and the apartment layout gives you room to spread out a bit. During my stay, I noticed they keep the common areas meticulously clean, and the building itself feels secure without being overly formal about it. Check-in was surprisingly smooth – none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby situation since it’s apartment-style accommodation.

I should mention that while it’s definitely positioned as luxury, it maintains this approachable vibe that some high-end places completely miss. The 9.2 rating makes total sense when you experience it – it’s the kind of place where small thoughtful touches add up to something genuinely comfortable. Fresh flowers in the main room, quality coffee supplies, even the bathroom amenities are a step above what you’d typically expect. The whole experience feels less like staying in a hotel and more like borrowing a really well-appointed friend’s place, if that friend happened to have excellent taste and attention to detail.

Actually, what impressed me most was how it manages to feel both polished and livable. Sometimes designer places can feel a bit cold or museum-like, but this strikes that sweet spot where you can actually relax and enjoy the space. For a 3-star property, it definitely punches above its weight – I’ve stayed in plenty of higher-rated places that felt more generic than this.

  This is a great modern property with high quality luxury design and equipment. Spacious bathroom, fully functional kitchen with lots of appliances, large balcony – pretty much anything you can think of for comfortable stay. It is also very quiet there – closed territory far from the street noise. Plus very close to bus/railway station. Highly recommended.

  Set up of apartment comfortable and spacious. Good lighting in complex so it was easy to come and go in the evening. Excellent instructions and pictures to get into complex and apartment since our flight didn't arrive until 23:00.

  The host was very helpful, we had a last minute booking, as we had been mislead by another apartment in the local area. Every think in apartment was excellent close to local food store. Just needs a fan in bedroom.

  The apartment has absolutely all you need – you enter the place, and you can feel like home as you won't miss anything (iron, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). It's very cosy, even the smallest details are well thought through. The location is really good, and the commute to any part of the city is easy either by walk or by public transportation, big grocery stores (Maxima, IKI) are just few minutes away by walking. Car parking is free from 10 pm to 8 am, and if needed, you can always park at the grocery store just a few minutes away outside of free parking hours. Personnel answers rapidly, and communication is very pleasant and efficient.
  Will definitely try to get the apartment the next time we are back in Lithuania! Definitely experience away from home!

  There was more space than enough for 2, separate bedroom and living room was a great option for a longer stay. Apartment is equipped with everything, you can cook, wash and live in a quiet and modern setting. Place is close to train/bus station (10 min), old city is also in less than 15 minutes. Around you have big shops (Iki, Maxim) and many small cafes to enjoy mornings.
  In case you love books there is quite big stash 🙂

  Everything spotless. Bathroom well equiped, laudry area with washing machine, iron. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and a washing machine.
  
  Apartment has plenty of light during the day, living room perfect for a couple after whole day walking.

  It was beautiful apartment, with everything you need to stay also long term. The host was great and realmdy to help. The balcony was my favorite spot, spend half of my stay there. The apartment is 10 mins by foot to the city center, but it is also a quiet and peaceful place.
