They pointed me toward this little restaurant on Pilies street that I never would’ve found otherwise, and it ended up being one of the best meals I had in Vilnius. That kind of local insight is worth its weight in gold when you’re somewhere new. The check-in was smooth too – no weird complications or surprise fees, which always makes me nervous at smaller places. Parking can be a bit tricky in Old Town (as it is everywhere around here), but they’ll give you solid advice on where to leave your car if you’re driving. The 9.4 rating this place has? Yeah, I get it now. It’s not trying to be the fanciest hotel in Vilnius, but it nails all the things that actually matter when you’re exploring a city. You’ll have a comfortable base that feels authentically Lithuanian without breaking the bank, and you’ll be close enough to everything that matters – the castle, the university area, all those winding cobblestone streets that make Old Town so special. Sometimes the best travel experiences come from places that just do the basics really, really well.

  Probably the best apartment we've ever stayed in.
  10-15 min walk from bus and train stations.
  A couple of blocks from the old town centre.
  Coffee shop on the corner.
  Supermarket 5 min walk.
  Clean, freshly renovated, tasteful and cosy.
  Everything you need is in it, including a washer and a dishwasher; and all the small stuff like a cheese slicer.
  Even the bed and pillows were comfortable.
  Good water pressure in shower and electrical towel dryer.
  
  What could be improved: When we stayed the air conditioner didn't work (yet, I think). So it was very warm in the bedroom.
