  What could be improved: During the day it was very noisy because of the renovations around, the elevator did not always work, the stairs to the bedroom were not very convenient, the second floor where the bedroom was was not convenient at all, the ceilings were very low, you could break your head. Everything in the apartment was new, but there was very little space, the square footage was overstated, the width was a maximum of 2.8 m, the length was about 7 m
