Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to We LOFT on Viršuliškių street, I wasn’t expecting much from this corner of Viršuliškės. It’s not exactly where most tourists end up, you know? But that’s actually what makes this place interesting. The building has this clean, minimalist thing going on that feels refreshingly unpretentious compared to some of the flashier spots in Old Town. The moment you walk in, there’s this sense of space – hence the “loft” name, I suppose – with high ceilings that make the whole place feel bigger than it probably is.

What really won me over was how the staff seemed to actually care about getting the details right. Check-in was smooth (no standing around for twenty minutes while they figure out their system), and honestly, they knew their neighborhood. When I asked about getting to the city center, the guy at reception didn’t just point toward the bus stop – he told me which buses run most frequently and mentioned that the 16 line is usually less crowded in the mornings. That’s the kind of local intel you don’t get from a chain hotel manual. The rooms themselves are pretty clever too. Everything’s designed to maximize the space without feeling cramped, and I mean, the beds are actually comfortable. You’d be surprised how many three-star places mess that up. There’s decent soundproofing too, which matters because Viršuliškių can get a bit lively with traffic, especially during rush hour.

Here’s the thing about staying in Viršuliškės instead of right in the center – you get a taste of how regular Vilnius actually works. There’s a Maxima grocery store practically next door (perfect for grabbing breakfast stuff or those random things you always forget to pack), and you’re still only about fifteen minutes from Cathedral Square by bus. The neighborhood has this lived-in quality that I found oddly relaxing after spending days wandering around tourist-heavy areas. Plus, let’s be real about the price point – you’re getting solid three-star comfort without the Old Town markup. The 8.7 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed there; it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does well. If you’re the type who values genuine local atmosphere over being able to stumble back to your hotel from Užupis bars, this spot actually delivers something most downtown places can’t.

  Месторасположение удобное, рядом остановки, легко добраться в Любой конец города, также рядом торговый центр. Есть кухня и прачка общего пользования. Отношение цена-качество соответствует, для своих денег вполне о'кей.
  
  What could be improved: Очень маленькая душевая комната с туалетом. Постельное бельё скомканное и не по размеру, в номере очень маленький диванчик, и кровать по факту это просто матрас лежайший на мезонине на полу.
