The free parking thing is no joke either, which anyone who’s driven around Vilnius Old Town will appreciate – you can actually leave your car without paying through the nose or walking fifteen blocks.

What really got me about this place was how it manages to feel like staying at a friend’s apartment rather than some sterile hotel room. The 9.3 rating makes perfect sense once you’re there because it’s those little touches that matter – the kitchen actually has everything you need (not just a sad mini-fridge and broken coffee maker), and the Wi-Fi works properly even when it’s raining. I was there during shoulder season in October, and while the weather was getting crisp, the heating worked perfectly and I never felt like I was roughing it. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that awkward small talk while you wait for someone to find your reservation in their system. Getting into central Vilnius is dead simple from here; you’re maybe 15 minutes to Cathedral Square if you catch the bus, or it’s a pleasant 30-minute walk if the weather’s decent and you want to see how the city transitions from residential to touristy.

The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after 9 PM, which was exactly what I needed after spending days wandering around the more hectic parts of the city. There’s a small grocery store maybe two blocks away where you can grab basics, and the local bakery – I can’t remember the exact name, but it’s the one with the blue awning – has these incredible rye pastries that became my daily breakfast ritual. Sure, it’s not fancy in that boutique hotel way, but sometimes you just want a comfortable, honest place to sleep where you don’t feel like you’re paying for a bunch of amenities you’ll never use.

  Możliwość zapakowania auta na prywatnym miejscu parkingowym.
  Gospodarze cały czas aktywni na bookingu i chętni do pomocy.
