Vilnius Town Apartmen Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Vilnius Town Apartmen on Tauro gatvė, you immediately get that “I’m in the right place” feeling. The building sits perfectly in Naujamiestis — honestly, you couldn’t ask for a better spot in the city center. I mean, there’s something reassuring about finding your accommodation right where all the action is, but without the chaos that sometimes comes with prime locations. The entrance has that understated elegance you’d expect from a four-star property, nothing flashy but definitely polished.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re genuinely in the heart of everything, and couples seem to get this more than anyone (they rate the location 9.0, which honestly makes perfect sense). Tauro Street puts you within easy walking distance of Old Town’s cobblestone charm, but you’re also close to the more modern side of Vilnius. You know what’s great? You can grab morning coffee at a local café, spend the day exploring medieval streets, then find a trendy dinner spot — all without needing transport. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where locals actually go about their daily business alongside tourists.
The Apartment Experience
What sets Vilnius Town Apartmen apart is that apartment-style setup — you get more space and freedom than a typical hotel room. The units feel thoughtfully designed rather than just functional, with enough room to actually unpack and settle in for a few days. I particularly appreciated having a proper area to spread out, whether you’re planning your next day’s adventures or just want to relax with a book. The furnishings strike that sweet spot between modern comfort and local character, nothing too generic or sterile.
Practical Comforts
The four-star rating shows in the details — good water pressure, reliable WiFi, and those little touches that make you feel looked after without being fussed over. Having apartment-style amenities means you can grab groceries from nearby shops if you want a quiet breakfast in, or store leftovers from one of Vilnius’s excellent restaurants. The staff seems to understand that sometimes travelers want recommendations, sometimes they want to be left alone — they read the room well.
Why Guests Love It
That 8.7 rating reflects what you actually experience here — solid, reliable comfort in an unbeatable location. Couples especially seem drawn to the combination of central positioning and apartment-style privacy, which makes sense if you want to explore together but also have a proper retreat. You’re not paying for unnecessary frills, but you’re getting quality where it counts. The location score of 9.0 isn’t just numbers — it’s the difference between spending your time traveling to attractions versus being able to wander out your door and immediately be part of the city’s rhythm.

Reviews of Vilnius Town Apartmen
Nice apartment close to the Old Town – Bertola from Italy – August 11, 2025 (9/10)
Great location, the apartment is small but fully equipped and cosy! Comfortable sofa bed and nice little kitchen. The area is very green and relaxed, very close to the city centre and with all the shops and restaurants you may need.
What could be improved: The curtains are very flimsy so they don't really shade the room from the sun and the streetlights. This means that if you're a light sleeper and need a dark room this may not be ideal, plus on the (albeit rare) hot days the apartment may get stuffy, but there is a fan.Great Location and Value for Money – Victoria from Romania – July 14, 2025 (8/10)
The apartment itself is clean, nicely renovated, and well-equipped — everything needed for a comfortable stay is available. It’s in a very convenient location, close to the old city center, restaurants, and public transport. The price is also very reasonable for what you get.
Despite mentioned below minor issues, I think the apartment offers a good price-to-value ratio and would recommend it, especially if location is a priority for you.
What could be improved: The only downside is the building itself, which is older and hasn't been renovated. Also, the windows face a street with quite a bit of traffic, even at night. This can be a problem in summer — there’s no air conditioning, so you’ll need to keep the windows open for fresh air, which means dealing with some noise.Highly recommended! – Tamuna from Georgia – June 6, 2025 (10/10)
The apartment is really great to stay in Vilniaus.
Very close to central, few minutes of walk. U have all necessary, fridge, shower, iron, hair dryer and bathroom staff. Very clean, light and cozy apartment. Was pleasure for me to stay here. Owner very friendly and response very fast.
What could be improved: –Very nice studio – Andris from Latvia – January 24, 2025 (9/10)
Very nice studio – neat, clean, quiet. Windows open to a not very busy street. Very good location, in the center, shops nearby (big Maxima open till midnight). The host sent detailed instructions how to find the place and collect the keys way in advance. Later check-out was possible. The host always responded to WhatsApp messages (even when I dialed him after midnight by accident, my bad). Overall really nice place to stay in and a great value for money.
What could be improved: Nothing really to complain about, just some remarks – the shower space is small and the shower curtain gets in a way sometimes, maybe shower cubicle would be better; bathroom could use some hooks to hang clothes/towels; refrigerator makes strange noise (not loud or annoying, just strange)The stay was great, good location. Warm staff. – Barbora from Lithuania – November 10, 2024 (8/10)
The location was really nice and everything in the apartment was comfortable.
What could be improved: I never lived in a building like this before so i was a bit thrown off by the hallways, but i got used to them really quickly.Good – Plintauskas from Lithuania – October 11, 2024 (7/10)
There was a TV. For a price and location it was good. Experience was good.
What could be improved: Thin walls (it's an older building so I get it). Small shower: almost had to fight shower curtain (maybe a taller person would fit easier). Some spots on sofa-bed.Exceptional – Neskquik from Belarus – June 28, 2024 (10/10)
Everything
What could be improved: Haven’t got an elevatorGood – Mario from Sweden – August 18, 2023 (7/10)
The room was clean. It has good quality shampoo and shower gel and soap.
What could be improved: The building was scary. It looks like a renovated military facility.Perfect stay – Anna from Poland – July 29, 2023 (10/10)
Very clean and comfortable, it had everything I needed
What could be improved: My stay was too short 🙂Excellent – Jolanta from United Kingdom – July 21, 2023 (10/10)
