Sometimes the best discoveries are the ones that surprise you in quieter ways. This 3-star spot sits right in the heart of Vilnius’s medieval quarter, and while it might not have marble lobbies or doormen in fancy uniforms, it’s got something better – actual character and a location that puts you smack in the middle of everything that matters.

The studios themselves are exactly what they sound like – compact, well-designed spaces that feel more like temporary apartments than hotel rooms. I mean, there’s something refreshing about having a proper kitchenette when you’re traveling, especially when the local markets are just a few cobblestone streets away. The Renaissance bit of the name actually makes sense once you’re inside – they’ve done this clever thing where modern amenities blend with restored architectural details. Exposed beams here, contemporary lighting there, and honestly, it works. The 8.5 rating it pulls makes total sense when you factor in that you’re literally walking distance from Gediminas Tower and can hear the church bells from St. Anne’s if your window faces the right direction.

What really sold me on this place was the morning routine I fell into – grabbing coffee from that little café on Pilies Street (maybe a three-minute walk), then wandering back through the university district with fresh pastries. The studios are tucked away just enough that you’re not dealing with the main tourist crowds at your doorstep, but close enough that when your friends inevitably want to meet at Town Hall Square, you’re there in five minutes. Parking can be a bit tricky in this part of town – well, it’s tricky everywhere in Old Town, really – but the reception folks actually know which streets have the best odds for finding a spot. Small thing, but it matters when you’re circling cobblestone streets at 9 PM with luggage in your backseat. The rooms get a bit warm in summer since we’re talking about a historic building with its own ideas about ventilation, but honestly, that’s part of the charm of staying somewhere with actual history instead of another glass box hotel.

  First of all, the location is very comfortable (just 5min by walk from the central train/bus station) and also just 10/15min from the city center.
  
  The neighbourhood is quiet even if you are next to the central station. Also just around the apartment you have a lot of nice restaurants and bars.
  
  The apartment by itself is very nice, well maintained and if you are planning to stay for a longer period you have inside a small kitchen (with an oven, sink and big fridge). Also inside the bathroom you have a washing machine which can be very useful for a longer stay.

  Great location – close to the city center, supermarkets, restaurants + train & bus station. Very easy check-in, independent from the time of arrival. Very detailed explanations about it, provided in advance. Modern furtniture and comfortable bed.

  Very lovely apartment near Ausros gate. 5min walk to old town of Vilnius.easy communication with the owner. We had everything what we needed.very cosy little apartment near train/bus station,near airport. 6 euros in the evening by Bolt tax.

  Apartment is located 3min walk away from bus station, which is a big plus if travelling by bus. Check-in and getting into the apartment was very easy, the info was sent right after booking and more details 3 days before arrival. Very welcoming and cooperative host, this made the stay pleasant. The kitchen space and the bathroom were very nice and modern, the bedroom very and cozy.
