It’s perched right on Vokiečių Street, which is basically in the heart of everything that matters in Vilnius’s old town, and once you get up to that top floor (there’s no elevator, just so you know), the views over those red-tiled rooftops are pretty spectacular.

The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home – I mean that in a good way. The amber theme isn’t overdone or kitschy; there are just these lovely touches here and there that remind you you’re in the Baltics. The kitchen is actually functional (rare for vacation rentals, honestly), and I ended up cooking breakfast a few mornings because there’s something nice about having coffee while looking out at the cathedral spires. The bedroom gets great morning light, though if you’re a really light sleeper, just know that Vokiečių can get a bit lively on weekend nights – nothing terrible, just the sound of people having a good time drifting up from the street below.

What I really loved is how walkable everything is from here. You’re literally two minutes from the Gates of Dawn, maybe five from the cathedral square, and there’s this little courtyard café called Café de Paris just around the corner that locals actually go to (not just tourists). The narrow cobblestone streets can be a bit tricky if you’re dragging heavy luggage, but honestly, that’s true anywhere in this part of town. I found street parking most evenings without too much trouble, though during the summer festival season – well, that’s a different story entirely. The 8.6 rating makes sense to me; it’s not luxury in the traditional sense, but there’s something genuinely charming about staying in what feels like a real Vilnius apartment rather than some sterile hotel room. Plus, the host actually responds to messages, which you’d think would be standard but… it’s not always. If you want to feel like you’re living in the old town rather than just visiting it, this place delivers on that promise.

  5th floor and no numbers on the 3 doors annoying. when we get inside was unberibaly 🥵 property with top floor needs air conditioning system for sure.

  Удобные апартаменты, расположенные супер удобно в сердце старого города. Все необходимое для комфортного проживания имеется, достаточно посуды, есть таблетки для стиральной и посудомоечной машины, хорошие полотенца, утюг и даже отпариватель, полноразмерный холодильник быстрая связь с владельцем тоже очень немаловажно.
  
  What could be improved: Нам не хватило кондиционера, так как апарты находятся на последнем этаже, у самой крыши, то за день сильно прогревается сама крыша и вечером начинает отдавать это тепло, становится очень жарко и душно.

  Más cajones para guardar la ropa, ya que no hay armarios por tema de espacio, es un ático con los techos bajos e inclinados en las habitaciones
