The spaces are genuinely comfortable – I’m talking about couches you’d actually want to sink into after walking around Vilnius’s cobblestone streets all day (and trust me, your feet will thank you for that). What really got me was the little touches that nobody bothers with anymore – decent coffee setup, enough electrical outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your chargers, and honestly, just enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase.

The location’s actually pretty smart too, though not in that “we’re right in the tourist trap center” way. You’re close enough to wander into Old Town without planning your whole day around transportation, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with the late-night party crowds stumbling around under your windows. I found myself walking past some great local spots that I probably would’ve missed if I’d been staying right in the thick of things – there’s this little bakery nearby that locals actually go to, not just tourists looking for Instagram shots. The building itself has that Eastern European apartment block vibe (in a good way, I promise), and while the elevator’s a bit… let’s call it “vintage,” everything works fine.

What really sealed the deal for me was the value situation – I mean, scoring an 8.7 rating while keeping things affordable isn’t something you see every day, especially in a city where prices have been creeping up like everywhere else. The staff actually seems to care about whether you’re having a decent stay, which sounds basic but you’d be amazed how rare that’s becoming. Sure, it’s not going to blow you away with fancy amenities or make you feel like royalty, but sometimes you just want a comfortable, well-run place where you can actually relax without breaking the bank. If you’re the type who values substance over flash and wants to experience Vilnius without feeling like you’re stuck in a tourist bubble, this place makes a lot of sense.

  Excellent location for sightseeing and also night life and restaurants. Best of all was the balcony which we found excellent for sunbathing! Our host Ruth was always on hand to offer advice (thank you Ruth!).

  Lovely collection of rooms which looked new. The room I had was large with aircon and everything you might need. There was a kitchen area – shared – just outside the room and the floor below had a coffee machine which seemed to to be available to all rooms. Location is very close to train station and the market and on the edge of the old town. Lots of cafes etc nearby
