Žirmūnai isn’t the touristy Old Town area, which means you’re staying where actual Lithuanians live and work – there’s something refreshing about that. You’re still only about 15 minutes to the cathedral and main sights, but the neighborhood has this laid-back vibe with proper grocery stores and local cafes where nobody’s trying to overcharge you for coffee. The building itself sits on a quiet stretch of Kalvarijų, so you won’t deal with drunk tourists stumbling around at 3 AM like you might closer to the center. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which… well, if you’ve tried to park in European city centers, you’ll appreciate that.

What really got me though was how well thought out everything felt for a place that doesn’t cost a fortune. The whirlpool isn’t just some tiny hotel tub with a few jets – it’s legit, and honestly after a long travel day, I probably spent an embarrassing amount of time in there. The room had that clean, minimalist Scandinavian-ish feel without being cold or impersonal. And the self check-in process? Look, I was skeptical, but it’s actually liberating not having to make small talk with a desk clerk when you’re exhausted. The whole setup just works smoothly, which is rarer than you’d think. With a 9.1 rating, I figured other people had discovered what I did – this is one of those places that does a few things really well instead of trying to be everything to everyone. If you want old-world charm and marble lobbies, go somewhere else and pay twice as much. But if you want a genuinely comfortable base in Vilnius with that whirlpool waiting for you at the end of each day, this place delivers exactly what it promises.

  Everything was very clean and all the things in apartment were thoughtful.
  
  What could be improved: It was way too hot. Air conditioner was above the bed which could lead to being sick and that’s why while sleeping, it wasn’t used. In day time yeah, the placement is good, but at night, not really. You either choose to risk your health but sleep in cold room or don’t risk it and just sweat all night

  Amazing view, nice bathtub and comfortable bed. Very clean and cozy. Has all necessary dishes, coffee, tea, sugar. Lights in the space with bath tub create a nice ambience. Dishwasher, washer & dryer, iron & ironing board for a longer stay. Overall, a very nice loft and location, secure and quiet.
  
  What could be improved: The TV remote was dead, we bought batteries for it but it did not make the situation much better. It was barely working and we couldn't adjust volume with it, so had to connect to bluetooth to turn it down via phone because it was loud. We also could not find any paper towels, but there were cloth towels in the kitchen, so that was nice.
