V4 Europa New Apartment Overview
You know what caught me off guard about V4 Europa New Apartment? Walking into what I expected to be just another decent place to crash in Vilnius, and finding myself in this surprisingly stylish space that actually feels like someone’s cool apartment rather than a sterile hotel room. I mean, the Snipiskes district isn’t exactly where most tourists end up – it’s more where locals live their actual lives – but that’s exactly why this place works so well.
The location on Veprių gatvė might sound random if you’re not familiar with Vilnius, but honestly, it’s one of those spots that grows on you fast. You’re about a fifteen-minute walk from the Old Town (which beats dealing with the narrow, cobbled streets and impossible parking down there), but you get to experience the city like someone who actually lives here. There’s this great little market nearby where locals do their shopping, and I found myself grabbing fresh bread there most mornings instead of hunting for touristy breakfast spots. The tram connections are solid too – something you don’t really think about until you’re trying to get around with luggage.
What really impressed me was the attention to detail in the apartment itself. The kitchen actually has proper equipment (not those sad hotel kitchenettes with a broken coffee maker), and the living space feels thoughtfully designed rather than just thrown together. The windows are excellent – important in a city where you want natural light, especially during those shorter winter days. Parking was straightforward, which… well, if you’ve driven in Vilnius, you know that’s not something to take for granted. The building itself is quiet, probably because it’s mostly locals living there rather than a constant rotation of travelers coming and going at all hours. I slept better there than I have at some five-star places, honestly.
The 9.6 rating makes sense once you’re there for a day or two. It’s not trying to be fancy in that over-the-top way, but everything just works properly. The shower has good pressure, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out when you need it most, and the heating system doesn’t sound like it’s fighting for its life. Those might seem like basic things, but you’d be surprised how often places get the basics wrong. Plus, there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels authentic to the city rather than like it could be anywhere in the world.
To book a hotel in Vilnius during major Baltic celebrations, travelers need early planning as this historic Lithuanian capital draws visitors eager to experience its UNESCO World Heritage old town and vibrant arts scene.

Reviews of V4 Europa New Apartment
Overall, all good, would stay again. – Nk from Latvia – August 20, 2025 (9/10)
Location good, new apartment complex, free parking next to it. Great design of the apartment, everything what’s needed is there.
What could be improved: Had iron, but not the ironing board, bedsheets had some washable stains, which noticed only at night, when you lift up the blanket, some random hair found around the place. Would be nice if 1 capsule for washing machine or some liquid would be left for at least one wash.Exceptional – Hennadii from Ukraine – June 1, 2025 (10/10)
I really liked this option, a new house, the apartment itself has everything you need for living, I recommend this option
