I mean, when you see it’s a 3-star place, you’re not exactly expecting to be blown away – but honestly, this spot punches way above its weight class. That 9.4 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen; it actually reflects what you’ll experience when you walk through those doors.

The thing about staying here is that you’re right in the heart of everything that matters in Vilnius, but you’re also in this quirky little pocket that feels completely separate from the tourist chaos. Uzupis itself is this self-declared republic (they’ve got their own constitution and everything – it’s charmingly ridiculous), and the apartments sit perfectly positioned where you can wander into the bohemian artist quarter in literally two minutes, or head toward Cathedral Square without breaking a sweat. I actually love that you can hear the Vilnia River from some of the windows – it’s this gentle background soundtrack that makes the whole area feel alive but peaceful at the same time.

What really impressed me was how these apartments manage to feel both local and comfortable for travelers. The spaces have character – I’m talking exposed brick here and there, wooden floors that creak just enough to feel authentic but not annoying, and windows that actually open wide (which, trust me, matters more than you think after staying in sealed hotel boxes). The kitchenettes are properly equipped too, not just for show, which is perfect because there’s this fantastic little market just down the street where you can grab fresh bread and local cheese. Honestly, some mornings I’d just sit by the window with coffee and watch the neighborhood wake up – there’s something about seeing locals heading to work while you’re still in your pajamas that makes you feel like you’ve found a real slice of the city. The Wi-Fi is solid, the beds are actually comfortable (not just “hotel comfortable”), and the whole place has this lived-in quality that makes you want to stay longer than planned.

  Excellent location, very clean lovely apartment. There's a little terrace which is perfect to enjoy morning coffee. Kids playground just outside the apartment was a great bonus for my 2 year old daughter

  We liked a lot the localisation, close to all malin attactions in Vilnius. Good size of the apartament, just enough for the family 2+2 teenagers. Parking space is a definitely plus for this place. Very clean place, and all utilities needed for short stay are in place.

  Quiet oasis in the heart of Old town. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance, all main city attractions within reach. Flat is very cosy and has everything one needs. We will definitely book again if we are to be back.

  The apartment is in an excellent location, on a little quite street behind locked gates in a private apartment complex in Užupis, but right next to Vilnius old town and very close to the main sightseeing spots. 👌🏼
  Everything was spotlessly clean, the apartment itself is really beautiful, has everything you need and is really spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would come back.
