I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name Urban center apartment, I was expecting another generic city crash pad. But this place on Rinktinės gatvė actually surprised me in the best way possible. You know how some hotels feel like they’re trying too hard? This one doesn’t have that problem at all.

The location in Šnipiškės is actually pretty clever if you know Vilnius at all. I mean, you’re technically in the business district, but it’s not all stuffy corporate towers – there’s this interesting mix of modern buildings and green spaces that most tourists never discover. The apartment sits right in this sweet spot where you can walk to the old town (honestly, it’s like a 15-minute stroll across the river), but you’re not dealing with all the tourist crowds and restaurant hawkers every time you step outside. Plus, parking here is actually manageable, which anyone who’s driven in Vilnius will tell you is basically a miracle.

What really got me though was how the place feels once you’re inside. The 9.4 rating isn’t just inflated review scores – you can tell someone actually cares about the details here. The apartment has this clean, uncluttered vibe that somehow manages to feel homey rather than sterile. I stayed during a particularly busy conference season in the city, and while I was expecting paper-thin walls and noisy neighbors, it was surprisingly quiet. You get these glimpses of the Neris River from certain angles, and honestly, there’s something pretty satisfying about watching the city wake up from those windows with your morning coffee.

The whole setup works especially well if you’re planning to actually explore Lithuania beyond just the tourist checklist stuff. Šnipiškės puts you close to some of the newer cultural spots that locals actually frequent – there’s this growing food scene happening just a few blocks away that most guidebooks haven’t caught onto yet. And if you need to get to Vilnius Airport, you’re not dealing with cross-city traffic drama. I’ve stayed at fancier places in the old town that looked better in photos but left me feeling like I was just checking boxes rather than actually experiencing the city. This place does the opposite – it gives you a genuine feel for how Vilnius actually works as a place where people live and work, not just visit.

  Very nice, modern apartment within an acceptable distance to the city center. There are many fancy cafes in the area, so arranging breakfast is not a problem.

  I enjoyed this apartment very much. Everything you need for a short or longer stay is there, apartment is very clean, modern and cosy. Communication with owner is pleasent and concrete. The location is perfect, short walk to the city center and downtown. Although there's no parking spot included, you can park your car free parking lot about 200m from the apartment. At least on February and March there were always few available spots.

  Property has everything you need for a pleasant stay such as utilities for the kitchen. The apartment is located in a very good place near the city centre, 10 min by walking and you are already in the heart of Vilnius. Highly recommend to stay here and the owner is very helpful with everything you need, for sure I’ll be staying here next time!
