The apartment itself feels lived-in rather than sterile – comfortable furniture that doesn’t look like it came from a hotel catalog, a kitchen where you can actually cook (the local markets are fantastic, by the way), and enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The building’s got character too – you know, those thick walls and high ceilings that make you remember you’re staying in a city that’s been around for centuries.

Practically speaking, everything just works smoothly here. Check-in was straightforward, the WiFi didn’t cut out every ten minutes like some places I’ve stayed, and – this might sound weird but it matters – the shower pressure was actually decent. The owners clearly know what they’re doing because little things were thought through: good lighting for reading, enough electrical outlets, proper blackout curtains for those bright summer nights when the sun barely sets. Parking can be a bit tricky in Old Town generally, but there are options nearby if you’re driving. Honestly though, once you’re there, you won’t need a car – everything worth seeing is either walkable or a quick bus ride away. That 9.8 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed there. It’s not fancy in a flashy way, but it nails everything that actually matters when you’re trying to experience Vilnius like someone who lives there rather than just passing through.
