Sometimes those ratings don’t tell the whole story, and this spot definitely punches above its weight class. The moment you step inside, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details here. The lobby has this warm, theatrical vibe (hence the name, I’m guessing) with vintage posters and soft lighting that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere with character rather than just another cookie-cutter hotel.

What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night – and I mean genuinely quiet, not that fake silence where you’re still hearing elevator dings and hallway conversations until 2 AM. The apartments themselves are surprisingly spacious, with actual kitchenettes that you’d want to use (not just those sad mini-fridges and coffee makers that hotels usually throw in). The beds are solid – firm but not rock-hard – and honestly, I slept better here than I have at some supposedly fancier places. There’s something refreshing about a place that focuses on getting the basics absolutely right instead of cramming in a bunch of amenities nobody really uses. The staff knows their stuff too; when I had a question about laundry facilities, the front desk person gave me specific instructions about timing and even mentioned which machines work best. Those are the kinds of details that tell you people actually pay attention.

Here’s the thing that really sold me on this place – it’s got that perfect balance where you feel like you’re living somewhere rather than just passing through. The apartments give you enough space to spread out and actually relax, whether you’re staying for business or just need a proper base for exploring the area. I noticed families seem to love it here (saw quite a few during breakfast), but it never felt chaotic or loud. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days – it’s one of those places that grows on you as you realize how thoughtfully everything’s been set up. Sure, it’s not going to wow you with marble lobbies or infinity pools, but if you want a place that feels genuine and comfortable without breaking the bank, Teatro Apartments delivers exactly what it promises. I’d definitely stay here again, which honestly isn’t something I say very often.

  The place was very cosy and neat. Also, it was quite spacious which was very nice. As backpackers we had some things to put and it was good to have space for it. The communication was quick.

  Exceptionally clean, warm and friendly design, quiet and calm place. Very well furnished and you can find all the tools you need for a longer stay. Everything we could hope for with our 3 years old child. The owner is kind and very helpful, we are happy we got the chance to be here!

  Excellent communication with the property manager Rima. Her instructions on reaching the property and collecting the keys were exceptionally clear. She promptly answered all the questions I asked through the Booking.com messaging system. There are basic but good kitchenette facilities: fridge, microwave, kettle, all the crockery and cutlery, and I used them all. If/when I happen to be in Vilnius again, I will try to book this flat again. Highly recommended!
