  What could be improved: Where to start…
  
  The instructions for the parking could be made clearer and easier as if you are on your own you need to park illegally to go into the apartment block to get the remote for the parking garage and the same in reverse.
  
  The residents in the block seem to be quiet irate as they are fed up with people parking in their spaces and we were told by one they resort to calling the police to have vehicles removed if incorrectly parked in the wrong space which in turn results in the vehicle being impounded at your cost.
  
  The apartment has full height windows with only net curtains that do not provide much privacy and or block out the sunlight coming into the apartment in the early morning resulting in waking you up.
  
  The bed on the mezzanine level could be of a better standard as again you do not get a good night's sleep on the poor quality matress.
  
  The apartment faces a busy main road, gets extremely hot with only one opening window again facing the busy main road and resulting in high traffic noise which in turn results in poor sleep.
  
  Could do with aircon. Lastly the WiFi network provided by the owner did not exist and upon raising a complaint no resolution was offered other than saying rebooted the dongle which we did and this too did not resolve the issue, I contacted them again and received no reply or resolution.

  The apartment is modern and very comfortable. The underground parking was super convenient.
  
  What could be improved: There was no coffee machine, even though it is listed among the facilities. We asked about it, and we were told it was being serviced. It would have been helpful to get a heads-up before arrival. The apartment was very hot, and there was no AC. Keeping the only window open was the alternative, but then we would get all the loud noise from the street. The shower door does not close properly, so after every shower, we had to dry the floor outside the shower. Important note: if you come with young kids (1-3 years), this is not a place prepared for children. The stairs are very dangerous, and the balcony has large gaps where a small kid could fall.

  What could be improved: The toilet seat is detached from the pod, which is a frustration. I hope it will be fixed today. There is a smell from the sink and a bit cold inside in may, one more duvet would save the situation, but it’s not there.

  Расположение хорошее. Рзмещение и обратная связь быстрая , простая, все продумано. Пешком до центра 20 минут. Номер небольшой, но всего достаточно. Огромные окна, много света, современный дизайн. В целом, что на фото, то и в жизни. Чисто, тепло, спокойно, интересно , удобная мебель, кровать. Есть мини-кухня, плита, СВЧ печь, духовка, посуда, но привычного стола нет (только журнальный вариант). Если любите посидеть за столом и покушать, подумайте и изучите фотографии квартирки.

  The room's design is amazing. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and you can find all the necessary cookware if you want to try cooking during your trip. You can reach everywhere you need either by walking or by using public transportation. Good price for the location and comfort provided.

In case you need to throw your pad somewhere… well… the trash can is under the sink :)) If you are traveling with your friends or your soon-to-be boo, this is sure to strengthen that relationship :)) Sometimes the building's alarm goes off by itself, but in 20-30 mins it resolves itself.

  It was comfy, apartment is perfect for couple, underground parking was also very convenient. Apartment was in general well equipped. Staff informed us about everything, video with instructions were very helpful. Old town is quite close, around 15’ walk away.
  
  What could be improved: The dishes were dirty, some of them were not cleaned at all, some of them had prints. In general apartment didn’t look fully cleaned. It was also a bit noisy even when windows were closed.
