The name’s a bit of a mouthful, honestly, but it pretty much tells you everything you need to know upfront. I found this place on Kauno gatvė – and if you’re not familiar with Vilnius, that’s right in Naujamiestis, which locals just call the “new town” even though it’s not exactly new anymore. The thing is, you’re actually perfectly positioned here because you get that residential vibe without being stuck way out in the suburbs.

The loft itself has this industrial-chic thing going on that works really well, though I mean, it’s definitely more on the practical side than Instagram-perfect. What I really appreciated was how they’ve thought about the details that matter when you’re actually staying somewhere – the parking situation is genuinely hassle-free (and trust me, that’s worth its weight in gold in Vilnius), and the 24/7 access thing isn’t just marketing speak. I ended up coming back pretty late one night after exploring some bars in Užupis, and getting in was completely seamless. The space feels open and airy, which you don’t always get in these converted buildings, and there’s decent natural light during the day. The furnishing is sort of minimalist-meets-functional – nothing fancy, but everything you actually need is there and works properly.

Location-wise, this is where it really shines. You’re about a fifteen-minute walk to the Old Town, which sounds like nothing until you’re doing it with luggage, but honestly it’s a pleasant stroll most of the time. More importantly, you’re right in the thick of where actual Vilnius happens – there’s this great little coffee place just around the corner that I stumbled onto, and you’ve got proper grocery stores and restaurants that aren’t just tourist traps. The neighborhood has character without being sketchy, if that makes sense. I stayed there during late spring and the area was lively but not crazy loud at night. The building itself is pretty quiet – I barely heard my neighbors, which is always a relief. For a 3-star place with an 8 rating, it delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises. It’s not trying to be boutique luxury, but if you want a clean, functional base for exploring Vilnius without paying Old Town prices or dealing with Old Town crowds, this actually hits the sweet spot pretty well.

  The room's design is amazing. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and you can find all the necessary cookware if you want to try cooking during your trip. You can reach everywhere you need either by walking or by using public transportation. Good price for the location and comfort provided.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom didn't have a trash can in the bathroom. In case you need to throw your pad somewhere… well… the trash can is under the sink :)) If you are traveling with your friends or your soon-to-be boo, this is sure to strengthen that relationship :)) Sometimes the building's alarm goes off by itself, but in 20-30 mins it resolves itself.

  The apartment is modern and very comfortable. The underground parking was super convenient.
  
  What could be improved: There was no coffee machine, even though it is listed among the facilities. We asked about it, and we were told it was being serviced. It would have been helpful to get a heads-up before arrival. The apartment was very hot, and there was no AC. Keeping the only window open was the alternative, but then we would get all the loud noise from the street. The shower door does not close properly, so after every shower, we had to dry the floor outside the shower. Important note: if you come with young kids (1-3 years), this is not a place prepared for children. The stairs are very dangerous, and the balcony has large gaps where a small kid could fall.

  It was comfy, apartment is perfect for couple, underground parking was also very convenient. Apartment was in general well equipped. Staff informed us about everything, video with instructions were very helpful. Old town is quite close, around 15’ walk away.
  
  What could be improved: The dishes were dirty, some of them were not cleaned at all, some of them had prints. In general apartment didn’t look fully cleaned. It was also a bit noisy even when windows were closed.

  What could be improved: Where to start…
  
  The instructions for the parking could be made clearer and easier as if you are on your own you need to park illegally to go into the apartment block to get the remote for the parking garage and the same in reverse.
  
  The residents in the block seem to be quiet irate as they are fed up with people parking in their spaces and we were told by one they resort to calling the police to have vehicles removed if incorrectly parked in the wrong space which in turn results in the vehicle being impounded at your cost.
  
  The apartment has full height windows with only net curtains that do not provide much privacy and or block out the sunlight coming into the apartment in the early morning resulting in waking you up.
  
  The bed on the mezzanine level could be of a better standard as again you do not get a good night's sleep on the poor quality matress.
  
  The apartment faces a busy main road, gets extremely hot with only one opening window again facing the busy main road and resulting in high traffic noise which in turn results in poor sleep.
  
  Could do with aircon. Lastly the WiFi network provided by the owner did not exist and upon raising a complaint no resolution was offered other than saying rebooted the dongle which we did and this too did not resolve the issue, I contacted them again and received no reply or resolution.

  What could be improved: The toilet seat is detached from the pod, which is a frustration. I hope it will be fixed today. There is a smell from the sink and a bit cold inside in may, one more duvet would save the situation, but it’s not there.

  Расположение хорошее. Рзмещение и обратная связь быстрая , простая, все продумано. Пешком до центра 20 минут. Номер небольшой, но всего достаточно. Огромные окна, много света, современный дизайн. В целом, что на фото, то и в жизни. Чисто, тепло, спокойно, интересно , удобная мебель, кровать. Есть мини-кухня, плита, СВЧ печь, духовка, посуда, но привычного стола нет (только журнальный вариант). Если любите посидеть за столом и покушать, подумайте и изучите фотографии квартирки.
