Here’s what I love about staying here — you can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing in Old Town within five minutes. The Cathedral Square, Gediminas Tower, all those little cafés tucked into ancient courtyards — they’re all right there. What really surprised me was how quiet it stays at night despite being so central. I guess being on a smaller street helps, but you’re still close enough to hear the occasional late-night laughter from the nearby bars (which honestly adds to the atmosphere). Couples seem to absolutely love this spot, and I can see why — there’s something romantic about wandering these old streets together.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was compact but thoughtfully designed — you know how some small spaces feel cramped? This wasn’t like that at all. Everything had its place, and the modern touches worked well with the building’s character. The windows looked out onto the street, and I actually enjoyed watching people navigate the cobblestones below. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night, which honestly happens more often than I’d like to admit when traveling.

Practical Perks

One thing that caught me off guard — they actually have free parking on site, which is practically unheard of in this part of town. If you’re driving into Vilnius, this is huge because finding a spot in Old Town usually involves circling around for twenty minutes and then paying through the nose. The staff was genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions but actually giving useful recommendations about where to eat and what to see. They pointed me toward this little restaurant around the corner that I never would have found otherwise.

What makes Studios K1A work is that balance between location and value — you’re staying in one of Europe’s most beautiful old towns without paying five-star prices.   Renovated studio in an old Soviet-era building, very well located. 10 minutes walk from the historic center and the airport bus stop. And 5 minutes from the bus station. Comfortable and well equipped (television, microwave, hairdryer, umbrella, etc.). There is also a supermarket right below the building, open until 10pm. Super practical. Easy check-in and check-out.
