Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first walked into Studios K1A – I mean, it’s a 3-star place and sometimes those can be hit or miss, you know? But this one actually surprised me in the best way. The moment you step inside, there’s this clean, modern vibe that feels way more upscale than the star rating suggests. The lobby isn’t huge or anything fancy, but it’s got this welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.

What really won me over though was the studio setup itself. These aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms – they’ve actually thought about how people live and move around a space. The kitchenette is small but functional (I managed to make decent coffee every morning, which is honestly all I needed), and there’s enough counter space that you don’t feel like you’re playing Tetris with your belongings. The bed was surprisingly comfortable too – sometimes with studio-style accommodations you get stuck with a pullout or something questionable, but this was a proper, good-quality mattress. I’m someone who usually tosses and turns in unfamiliar places, but I slept really well here.

The staff deserves a mention because they’re genuinely helpful without being overbearing. Check-in was smooth, and when I had a question about the area, the front desk person gave me actual local recommendations rather than just pointing to a tourist brochure. You can tell they know their neighborhood. The cleaning service was thorough too – I extended my stay a few days and my room was always spotless when I returned in the evenings. What impressed me most was how quiet the place stays, even though it’s clearly busy. The walls must have decent soundproofing because I barely heard other guests, which is pretty rare these days. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s one of those places that just gets the fundamentals right without trying to be something it’s not. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable base that won’t break the bank but still feels like a treat, this is definitely worth considering.

  Comfortable room and bed. Nice clean bathroom. Great value for money. Good location. Lift is in working condition, which helps when you have suitcases.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Studios K1A. Everything was as expected. The place was well maintained and located in the centre of Vilnius – easy access to public transportation and walk to many locations.
  We love the layout of the studio as well and all the amenities and facilities provided – we appreciate the big fan in the room because it was very hot when we were staying there.

  Great location to bus. A longer walk to town center than expected. Inside of property was well laid out and super clean.

  We have booked two units belonging for the same host, for three and for two guests. Both of them were very small but equipped with everything that was listed and in a very nice and practical manner – things were put together, so that we wouldn't miss anything important for our comfort

  One wish – shampoo and hair conditioner. It don’t have to be very expensive but very simple shampoo will be a plus.

  Easy self check-in. Clean. All equipment at place and working properly. Close to railway station which was important for me. Good wi-fi. Big supermarket 2 min walk. Sushi place 1 min walk.

  It is a good place, comfortable bed and quite cozy. Everything is clean and the room had everything necessary and needed. Even with some salt, pepper, coffee, salt…

  Renovated studio in an old Soviet-era building, very well located. 10 minutes walk from the historic center and the airport bus stop. And 5 minutes from the bus station. Comfortable and well equipped (television, microwave, hairdryer, umbrella, etc.). There is also a supermarket right below the building, open until 10pm. Super practical. Easy check-in and check-out.
