StudioApart23 Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to StudioApart23 on Šeimyniškių street, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The building looks pretty unassuming from the outside, sort of tucked away in this quiet residential part of Žirmūnai, but that actually turned out to be one of its biggest selling points. You know how some places in Vilnius can get crazy noisy with all the late-night revelers? Well, this spot is refreshingly peaceful, though you’re still only about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town if you cut through the right streets.
What really got my attention was how thoughtfully designed these studio apartments are – I mean, someone clearly put real effort into maximizing every square meter without making it feel cramped. The kitchenette has everything you actually need (not just the bare minimum that some places throw in), and honestly, the bed was more comfortable than what I’ve got at home. The whole place has this clean, minimalist vibe that somehow manages to feel warm rather than sterile. There’s decent natural light coming in, which can be tricky to find in some of Vilnius’s newer developments, and the Wi-Fi was solid – I had a few video calls for work and didn’t have any issues.
The location is sort of a sweet spot that I think a lot of visitors overlook. Sure, you’re not right in the heart of things, but Žirmūnai has its own character, and there’s something nice about staying where actual locals live rather than in the tourist bubble. There’s a decent grocery store just a couple blocks away (Maxima, if you’re familiar), and you can catch public transport pretty easily if you don’t feel like walking everywhere. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free too – not something you can say about a lot of places in the city center. The check-in process was smooth, though I did have to coordinate the key pickup in advance since there isn’t a traditional front desk. Just something to keep in mind if you’re arriving super late or early. With that 9.2 rating, it’s clear other people have had similarly positive experiences, and I can see why – it’s the kind of place that gets the fundamentals right without any unnecessary fuss.

Exceptional – Fabio from Austria – August 9, 2025 (10/10)
The apartment was clean and well equipped. Just a short walk away from the city center and located in a calm area. There are two grocery stores just about 3min walking distance away. The self-checking in was very convenient and the host friendly and approachable.
Had an awesome stay and would come again.Good location for short term stays – Tomas from United Kingdom – July 27, 2025 (8/10)
Location, ease of access, high quality of appliances.
What could be improved: Aircon unit did not function, big negative during this heat. The kitchen could benefit from a microwave. Air freshener too as the bathroom fan wasn’t very efficient. Couldn’t find if there were any spare clean towels. Needs another chair for the rather small kitchen table – would be hard to work remotely from there.Beautiful new flat. Very comfortable. We enjoyed it very much. – Bfriii from Czech Republic – July 13, 2025 (10/10)

Excellent apartment!!! – Carlos from Colombia – June 24, 2025 (10/10)
Excellent location, the apartment meets all the requirements, a very good kitchen space, a good bed, and a living room that I could use as a work area. Communication was very fast and check-in and check-out were smooth. Highly recommended.
What could be improved: I wish it included a cleaning service, even if it is paid, during the stay, but it is not a major problem.Exceptional – Vilém from Czech Republic – June 7, 2025 (10/10)
Everything was great!
What could be improved: The hallway of the building was a bit sketchy upon the first enter, however the room was perfect.
