  Розташування добре, як необхідно жити в цьому промисловому районі: розташування в 10 хвилинах від зупинки автобуса до міста. До вокзалу шлях на автобусі від зупинки автобуса близько 35 хвилин. Логистика добра незважаючи на віддаленість від центра. Кухня і сама кімната гарні. Дуже гарний стіл і надзвичайно хороші чотири стільця. Є мікроволновка, чайник, плита, холодильник, посуд. Є шафа с поличками і плечиками для одягу. Є пральна машина, сушарка для одягу у вигляді розкладного столика.
  
  What could be improved: НЕПРИЄМНИЙ НЕЗБИВНИЙ ЗАПАХ ВІД КАНАЛІЗАЦІЇ У ВАННІЙ КІМНАТІ, ЯКИЙ ОТРУЮЄ ПОВІТРЯ І У САМІЙ КІМНАТІ (смерділо жахливо і господару потрібно побороти цей смерд від каналізації!!!). На двох людей ковдра була замала, потрібна більша ковдра або на двох треба видати іще одну ковдру. Ножі були дуже тупі, відрізати щось було проблемою. Треба розуміти, що роздільно двом людям тут спати не можна (у кімнаті один розкладний диван).

  What could be improved: Грязные стены, запах канализации в ванной, вместо кровати раскладной диван, давление воды очень маленькое, горячая вода из очень маленького бойлера, соответственно в душе не посидишь больше 10минут, ночью нет освещения на парковке, как и нет асфальта, учитывая что это промзона с разными алкашами, девушке лучше не выходить вечером . На переночевать подойдёт. А вот с женщиной тут жить, вариант сомнительный (если она не привычна к спартанским условиям).
