You’re right in the heart of Vilnius Old Town, which sounds touristy until you realize what that actually means for your daily routine. I could walk to Gediminas Avenue in maybe five minutes, grab coffee at one of those tiny cafés that locals frequent, then wander back through the cobblestone streets without ever feeling rushed. The apartment itself has this wonderfully quiet vibe – even though you’re surrounded by the city, the building blocks out most of the street noise (though you’ll still hear the occasional late-night reveler, which honestly just adds to the authentic European experience). What really struck me was how the owner clearly knows the neighborhood – they left these handwritten notes about which bakery opens earliest and where to find the best local beer that you’d never discover on your own.

The practical stuff matters too, and this is where Stepono Apartment really gets it right. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no hovering desk clerks or complicated key card systems, just clear instructions and everything working exactly as promised. The apartment has that perfect balance of being well-equipped without feeling cluttered, and the kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to hit the morning market and cook something simple. I ended up making coffee there most mornings instead of rushing out, which gave me this nice slow start to each day that you just can’t get in a traditional hotel. Sure, it’s not luxury – the bathroom’s compact and the furniture has that IKEA practicality – but honestly, that’s part of what makes it feel authentic. You’re staying in Vilnius like someone who lives there, not like a tourist passing through, and that distinction makes all the difference when you’re trying to actually experience a city rather than just photograph it.

  The apartment exceeded my expectations! Communication with the host was smooth, with clear instructions on how to access the property. No problem with parking right by the apartment. Fantastic location – just a short walk to the Old Town, yet peaceful and quiet. Beautifully designed interior, and the mezzanine was a big hit with the kids. Highly recommended!

  What could be improved: Beautiful as the bathroom was, it was rather impractical. Shower splashed over making the floor wet. Wash basin was so small and the faucet close and low, so even face washing was a bit hard. Nothing to dry the floor with.

  Very good location, close to the old town. "French" style decor, my wife liked it very much. The building itself doesn't look so good, but the apartment is great. Very clean in the apartment itself. Very quiet, you can sleep great.
  
  What could be improved: Poorly equipped kitchen. Sometimes it is difficult to park. There is only room for five cars in the tenement house's yard.

  Un très bel appartement entièrement rénové dans un immeuble ancien à proximité du centre ville. Extrêmement bien équipé, insonorisé et confortable. Décoration élégante et moderne.
  
  What could be improved: La 2eme chambre n'en est pas une, mais une imposte même pas une mezzanine, à laquelle on accède par une échelle de meunier impraticable pour des personnes âgées. On ne peut aucunement s'y tenir debout.
  Le parking est tout petit et ne peut accepter que 5 voitures, il faut donc de la chance pour s'y garer. Il y a des places ds la rue, mais payantes de 8h à 18h.
  Enfin la salle de bains est magnifique mais peu fonctionnelle. Le lavabo a été très mal conçu et la douche a vite fait de transformer la salle de bains en piscine. Autrement dit, si vous n avez pas le pied alpin pour regagner la pseudo 2eme chambre et ne voulez pas dormir à 2 dans le lit conjugal de la chambre, il reste le canapé lit du salon.
  Il faudrait donc corriger l annonce qui indique 2 chambres et la remplacer par 1 chambre et 1 imposte. Il est également écrit qu'il y a 2 canapés lits or il n'y en a qu un.

  Dobra lokalizacja apartamentu, łatwe i bezproblemowe instrukcje zameldowania. Na miejscu wszystko co potrzebne, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wystarczająca ilość miejsc do spania (tylko trzeba mieć na uwadze że łóżko jedno jest na antresoli i się wchodzi po pionowej drabinie), wszystko super.
  
  What could be improved: Dla mnie duży minus to jedna kołdra na łóżko zamiast dwóch mniejszych.

  What could be improved: A escada pro segundo quarto precisa de uma atenção, é muito complicado pra descer da cama e não tem ventilação nenhuma. O banheiro precisa urgentemente de algo para não deixar a água escorrer pelo banheiro todo durante o banho!
