The location on Mindaugo street is actually pretty brilliant because you’re close enough to walk to the Old Town (maybe 15 minutes at a leisurely pace), but you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos and inflated prices right in the center.

What really got me was that little green patio – and I mean actually green, not just some sad concrete balcony with a plastic chair. There’s something about having your morning coffee out there, especially in late spring when everything’s blooming, that makes you feel like you’ve found a hidden corner of the city. The studio itself is… well, it’s a studio, so don’t expect tons of space, but whoever designed it actually thought about how people live. The kitchen setup works (I mean, you can actually cook a proper meal if you want), and there’s enough storage that you’re not living out of your suitcase for a week. The style is sort of modern-minimalist without being cold – think clean lines but with some personality.

You know what I appreciated most? The neighborhood vibe in Naujamiestis. It’s where actual Vilnius residents live and work, so you’ll find yourself grabbing groceries at the same spots as locals, maybe discovering that little bakery that doesn’t have English signage but makes incredible rugeli. The tram connections are solid too – honestly better than trying to navigate Old Town’s narrow streets if you’re planning day trips. Parking can be a bit of a dance (welcome to European city centers), but it’s manageable if you’re patient. The only real downside is that being a 3-star place, don’t expect anyone to hold your hand – check-in is pretty straightforward, but you’re mostly on your own, which some people love and others… well, don’t. The 7.4 rating feels about right – it’s good, maybe even very good for what it is, but it’s not trying to be something it’s not. If you’re the type who needs room service and a concierge, look elsewhere. But if you want a comfortable base to explore Vilnius while feeling like you’re staying in someone’s thoughtfully designed apartment rather than a generic hotel room, this place delivers exactly that.

  Extremely central, big supermarket 5min walk, train and bus station 10min walk, well equiped kitchen.Big bathroom Nice little garden to sit in. Quiet residence no traffic noise.

  The location of the flat is amazing. It was around 20 mins walk to the old town, 20 mins walk to the main city centre area, a 10-15 minute bus ride to the airport, and there is a large supermarket just across the road. The flat itself is spacious, quiet, light, cosy, and warm. The check in and out process was easy and hassle-free.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that could have improved my stay would be if there was a larger quantity of some of the products in the flat: e.g. shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tablets. It would have also been nice to have had some cooking oil and also paper towels. The shower curtain needs changing.

  Everything was Great. Location is amazing, huge market down the street, near gym, bus station, train station. Could not ask for a better place to stay!
  The apartment is cozy and the neighborhood looks nice.
  
  What could be improved: Most of the pans does not work on the induction plate, so I only got a couple options for cooking. For a month stay, that makes a big difference! Other than that, everything was amazing

  Location is great, very close to the center and supermarket in a few steps.
  
  What could be improved: First, we were provided with wrong code so jad to call the property for a correct one. Then it was kinda dirty on some places inside: bedsheets were torn in some spots and smelly (almost sure they weren't washed). Kitchen facilities and sink were dirty as well.
  There was no hot water for 2 days and no electricity for a few hours one day, so we had to search for a place to take a shower.
