I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name Spacious, Very cosy, Stylish and Perfectly located, I thought someone had gotten a bit carried away with their listing title. But you know what? After spending a few nights there on Totorių Street, I get it. They basically just described exactly what the place is instead of coming up with some fancy hotel name, and there’s something refreshingly straightforward about that.

The location is actually ridiculous in the best way possible. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Vilnius Old Town – I could hear the morning footsteps of early tourists on the cobblestones below, which sounds annoying but was actually kind of charming. You can walk to Cathedral Square in about three minutes, and there’s this little bakery around the corner (I think it’s on Pilies Street) where locals grab coffee before work. The whole area has that lived-in feel where you’re staying in a real neighborhood, not some tourist bubble. Parking was… well, it’s Old Town, so don’t expect miracles, but they actually helped me figure out the closest spots where you won’t get towed.

What struck me most was how they’ve managed to make the space feel genuinely spacious without that sterile, oversized hotel room vibe. The ceilings are high – probably original from whatever this building used to be – and the windows let in this gorgeous afternoon light that hits the wooden floors just right. It’s decorated with what I’d call understated style – not trying too hard, but clearly someone with good taste picked everything out. The bed was properly comfortable (and I’m picky about mattresses), plus there’s actually room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. Check-in was smooth, though I showed up kind of late and the person helping me seemed like they might have been waiting around – felt bad about that, but they were totally gracious about it.

Since it’s a boutique place without official star ratings, don’t expect a concierge desk or room service menu. But honestly, that’s part of what makes it work. It feels more like staying at a well-appointed apartment that happens to be professionally managed. The neighborhood itself becomes your concierge – there’s a small grocery store nearby for basics, and the restaurant scene within walking distance is pretty stellar. I particularly loved how quiet it got in the evenings, even though you’re right in the center of everything. Old Town has this magical way of settling down after the day-trippers head back to their cruise ships or tour buses.

The whole experience felt authentic in a way that’s getting harder to find, especially somewhere this central. It’s not perfect – the WiFi was a bit spotty in the bathroom (I know, first world problems), and the shower pressure could be stronger – but these are minor things when you’re waking up in one of Europe’s most beautiful historic centers. If you want that boutique hotel experience without the boutique hotel attitude, and you appreciate being able to explore Vilnius on foot from the moment you step outside, this place delivers on its very literal promise.

  Very good location close to everything by foot. Big apartment spacious and 2 bathrooms. Detailed information how to enter the house.
  
  What could be improved: Although its big the most space is useless bacause of a big corridor. The bars, and restaurant in the ground floor (the apartment is on the first floor) makes a lot of noise till 12:30 at night that you can hear especially from the living room. Even when they close people stay outside talking and drinking till late. They provide us with 1 (only 1) towell per person for 6 days stay. When we asked for a second one they informed us that the cleaning lady will bring to us but this never happened. The water kettle and the coffe machine had water salts and they hasn't be cleaned. We cleaned them before use. There is no self in the shower to put your shampoo. Some wear also here and there in the window and the walls.
