What really won me over, though, is how thoughtfully everything’s put together for a 3-star place. The staff genuinely seems to care about getting things right – check-in was smooth, they remembered my name the next morning, and when I mentioned I was looking for a good coffee spot nearby, the front desk person drew me an actual little map to their favorite local place (which turned out to be amazing, by the way). The common areas have this lived-in quality that makes you want to hang out with a book or your laptop. I spent a good hour one evening just sitting in their little reading nook watching people walk by outside. It gets pretty quiet after 9 PM, so if you’re looking for a party scene, this isn’t it – but if you want somewhere that feels more like staying at a stylish friend’s place than a generic hotel, you’ll get it. That 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’re there for a day or two. It’s not trying to be fancy or over-the-top, just really good at being exactly what it is.

  Заселение в квартиру самостоятельное, все инструкции понятны, во дворе всегда можно найти место для парковки (в соседних дворах ситуация куда хуже). Для проживания в квартире есть все необходимое, бесплатный стабильный интернет(для базовых потребностей хватает), рядом находится супермаркет.
