Saviciaus Overview

You know what struck me first about Saviciaus? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try too hard to impress you – and somehow that makes it even better. I mean, sure, it’s technically a 3-star property, but honestly, the 9.1 rating makes perfect sense once you spend a night there. There’s something refreshing about a hotel that just gets the basics absolutely right without all the flashy stuff you don’t really need.

The check-in was smooth (no awkward waiting around in the lobby), and I actually appreciated that the staff seemed to know their stuff without being overly formal about it. My room was clean – like, genuinely clean, not just surface-level – with that crisp sheet feeling that makes you want to dive straight into bed. The bathroom was well-maintained too, which honestly can make or break a stay for me. What really caught my attention were the little thoughtful touches… decent lighting for actually reading, outlets where you need them, and the kind of blackout curtains that let you sleep in properly. Sometimes the simplest things matter most when you’re traveling.

I’ll be honest – this isn’t the kind of place you’ll be posting Instagram stories from all day, but that’s sort of the point. It’s comfortable in a way that lets you focus on why you’re actually in town instead of being distracted by hotel amenities. The noise level was perfectly reasonable (you know how some places you can hear every conversation in the hallway), and I slept better than I have in months. If you’re looking for a spa or a rooftop bar, you’ll want to look elsewhere. But if you want a solid, reliable place to rest your head with staff who actually care about your experience – well, that 9.1 rating didn’t come from nowhere. I’d definitely stay here again, which is saying something because I’m usually pretty picky about these things.

  Great location close to the centre of Vilnius. Host were helpful on the phone when we had difficultly working out how to get in. Apartment is quite spacious.
