That’s exactly what happened here. The moment I walked in, there was this immediate sense that someone actually cared about creating a space where people would want to stay, not just pass through.

What really struck me about ROOMA is how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between apartment-style independence and proper hotel service. The units themselves feel like someone’s well-designed home rather than a sterile hotel room – I mean, there are actual kitchens with real cookware (not those sad little coffee makers and mini fridges you usually get). The beds are seriously comfortable too, which honestly surprised me since apartment hotels sometimes skimp on the mattresses. I slept better there than I do at home, and that’s saying something. The whole place has this clean, modern vibe without being cold or impersonal, if that makes sense.

The staff deserves a huge shout-out here – they’re incredibly helpful without being hovering or pushy. Check-in was smooth as butter, and when I had questions about the area, they gave me actual useful recommendations instead of just pointing to tourist traps. That 9.9 rating isn’t just a fluke; you can feel the attention to detail everywhere. The cleaning standards are impeccable (which matters more than ever these days), and the little touches like good lighting, proper shower pressure, and actually functional WiFi throughout the building show they understand what travelers actually need. I’ve stayed at plenty of four-star places that felt more like three-star experiences, but ROOMA delivers on that rating and then some. It’s the kind of place where you don’t spend your time working around annoying little problems – everything just works the way it should.

  Everything! The staff, the location, the room. Absolutely everything! Made our stay in Vilnius perfect. A special thanks to Iryana for being there when we arrived and showing us everything. The room amenities were also amazing and we even had bathrobes (a very high level experience). The design of the room was very tasteful and everything was clean and new. The location, even if in a very touristy place, was quite private and not too noisy.

  Extremely easy check-in and check-out procedure. It is not possible not to give extra credits for location and interior decour. Super fancy. Highly recommended. As re breakfast – variety of location within max 50 meters range.

  I had a very pleasant stay in Rooma apartments. Everything is of superb quality with designer touch. Confy bed with mat softness at your choise, airy bathroom with all toileyries in place, mini kithen with dishwasher. I found it very useful to have an ambrella at hand, as it was raining during my visit. Special thanks to the owners, very friendly family. Definetely I recomend to choose this place, as it’s in the heart of Vilnius downtown. I’ll be back for sure and my recomendations to others who like comfy, cosy and homy ambience.
