I mean, the check-in process was smooth enough, but what really struck me was how they actually listened when I mentioned I was a light sleeper. The shower pressure is excellent, which honestly can make or break a hotel stay for me.

The curtains actually block out light properly, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train, and there’s enough outlets near the bed for all your devices. The housekeeping team does their job quietly and thoroughly – I never felt like they were rushing through or disturbed by their presence in the hallways. Breakfast (when I managed to get up early enough) had a good mix of local and international options, nothing too fancy but everything fresh and well-prepared. The coffee was actually strong enough to wake me up, which is saying something. I also noticed they seem to cater well to business travelers – the lobby had a steady stream of people taking calls and working on laptops, and the staff was accommodating about late check-outs and early morning requests. For the price point and the genuine quality of service, Ratonda Centrum Hotels feels like one of those places that’s figured out how to do hospitality right without making a big show of it.

  Our room has bath tub, the single beds are a bit small but spacious enough for 2 girls like us.
  Breakfast is amazing and the hotel is well located – we took a direct bus from the airport to the hotel.
