Service throughout the hotel feels personal rather than corporate – the housekeeping team remembered my preference for extra pillows without me having to ask twice. One small thing that impressed me: they have this concierge who knows the local cultural scene really well. She pointed me toward a jazz club that I never would have found on my own, tucked away down some side street near the university area.
