You know what caught me off guard about Paupys lofts? I was expecting just another converted warehouse situation, but this place actually has soul. The moment you walk in, there’s this perfect balance between industrial cool and genuine warmth that’s honestly pretty rare in these trendy loft conversions.

The space itself – well, it’s got those soaring ceilings and exposed brick that you’d expect, but the way they’ve done the interiors feels thoughtful rather than just slapping some Edison bulbs on concrete walls and calling it a day. Each loft has its own personality, which I really appreciated. Mine had these massive windows that flooded the place with natural light during the day, and the kitchen setup was actually functional (I mean, I could cook a proper meal if I wanted to, not just heat up instant noodles). The bathroom surprised me too – they managed to make it feel spa-like without going overboard with the minimalist thing that leaves you wondering where to hang your towel.

What really sold me on this place, though, was how quiet it gets at night. You’d think being in a loft-style building might mean dealing with neighbor noise, but the soundproofing is solid. I’m someone who needs proper sleep when traveling, and I slept like a baby here. The neighborhood itself has this lived-in feel – not touristy, but not sketchy either. There’s a small café about two blocks away that does incredible coffee (locals line up there every morning around 8), and you’ll find some decent restaurants within walking distance if you don’t feel like cooking. Honestly, the whole area feels like where young professionals actually live, not just where they put tourists. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no weird keycard drama or confusing instructions about finding your unit. The staff knew their stuff and didn’t try to oversell me on services I didn’t need. I did notice the Wi-Fi could get a bit spotty during what I assume were peak hours, but it wasn’t enough to really bother me. For a 3-star place, they’ve really nailed the balance between style and substance, and that 9.9 rating isn’t just hype – it feels earned.

  Cosy and very clean apartment. Had everything needed for a longer stay. Although we stayed only one day. The bed was very comfortable. In the wardrobe found some extra sheets. It's very thoughtful! Also found a cute card that we were the first customers. It was very sweet. Might return in the future for another stay if the opportunity arises.

  Шикарное жилье со всем необходимым. Прекрасный дизайн, все очень удобно и функционально. Освещение в квартире заслуживает отдельного внимания, видно, что его продумывали. Ванная комната оснащена стиральной машиной с функцией сушки, что очень удобно.
