  Plašs gaumīgi iekārtos dzīvoklis ar lodžiju. Nav saules pusē, līdz ar to vasarā pārāk neuzkarsīs. Ir gan liela gulta guļamistabā, gan ļoti plašs dīvāns viesistabā. Dzīvoklis ir aprīkots, lai var dzīvot ilgstoši (plīts, trauki, veļas mašīna, trauku mašīna). Var izmantot arī kā pagaidu darba vietu, jo ir gan labs Interneta pieslēgums, gan printeris/kopētājs. Blakus atrodas parks un netālu ir arī pārtikas veikals.
