Honestly, when I first pulled up to Ozas Cozy Studio apartment on V. Gerulaičio street, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect – the address numbers can be a bit confusing in this part of Verkiai, but once you find it, you’ll get why this little place has such an incredible 9.8 rating. It’s tucked away in what feels like a proper residential neighborhood, which I actually loved because you’re living like a local rather than being stuck in some touristy bubble downtown.

The studio itself is exactly what it says on the tin – cozy in the best possible way. I mean, it’s not huge, but everything’s been thought through really well. The kitchen setup is surprisingly functional (I managed to make proper coffee and even cook a decent breakfast), and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve had in Lithuania. What really got me though was how quiet it gets at night – you know how some places in Vilnius can be pretty noisy with trams and late-night crowds, but up here in Verkiai you actually get to sleep. The owner clearly knows what travelers need because there were all these little touches, like good wifi that actually works for video calls, blackout curtains that don’t let in those bright summer nights, and enough plug points that you don’t have to choose between charging your phone and using the coffee maker.

Location-wise, you’re about a 15-minute ride from the Old Town, which sounds far but honestly isn’t – there’s decent public transport connections, and if you’re driving, parking here is so much easier than trying to navigate the narrow streets in Senamiestis. Plus, you’re really close to some lovely green spaces that most tourists never see. I spent one morning walking through the nearby parks and it felt like I had this whole peaceful side of Vilnius to myself. The area has a few local shops and cafes too, nothing fancy but the kind of places where you can grab fresh bread or sit with a coffee and watch normal life happening. For a 3-star place, it punches way above its weight – I’ve stayed in supposed 4-star hotels that didn’t feel half as welcoming or well-maintained as this studio. If you’re the type who values a good night’s sleep and wants to experience Vilnius like you actually live there rather than just passing through, this is definitely worth considering.

  Nice, clean, modern studio apartment. Very well equipped kitchen, coffee and tea provided. It is a bit far from the city center, but the price is accurate for this location, also it is easy to take the bus. All shampoos, dryer and towels provided. Coffee machine was a big plus. Not sure if this is always the case, or if we just came during long weekend when most of people are away, but free parking was next to the building.

  Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was cozy, full of thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. We truly appreciated being allowed to check in earlier, which made our arrival so much more comfortable. Highly recommend — we would definitely stay here again!
