  Location is in very quiet area, with park close to it. No signs of busy capital life. During warm season it's wonderful, though during winter it might be annoying to have to walk to so much (5-15 min) to nearest transport or grocery store.
  Balcony to enjoy morning coffee or late night drink was nice.
  Host always approachable on phone if you have questions – polite and friendly.
  Overall for 1 (max 2) person to stay – would recommend.
  
  What could be improved: I was expecting apartment, not apartment that is split into 3 AirB'n'B places. Of course – all accommodation private, closed etc. as only entrance was shared, still, I got up in the morning couple of times because of neighbour's loud voices when they were leaving as they sounded as if they were in my apartment next room.
  Water pressure could/should have been better in shower. It took me a moment to get hot water in the shower and if I wouldn't have known that sometimes you just let cold water run until hot comes in, I'd think hot water is not working.

  There is a nice little park with ponds and birds nearby. The property is relatively far from the old town but is easy to get there by public transportation. The apartment has fully-equipped kitchen.

  Clean apartment, spacious shower with WC, has a dishwasher, washing machine, little kitchen with all dishes, cutlery, etc. Good place for a short stay.

  The location, clear instructions on how to get into apartment, quiet, no noisy neighbors. Also there was a balcony, although on the booking it stated that there is no balcony, so that’s a bonus.
  
  What could be improved: Microwave was on top of the fridge and I couldn’t reach it and it was too heavy to move it to the table.
  Handle was missing on one of the kitchen cupboard door.
  the shower curtain was very dirty (it’s unhygienic).
  There was dust in the the bedroom “wardrobe”. I put my clothes there on the day I moved in and they got covered in dust, so for the rest of the stay I had to put clothes on the sofa in the kitchen instead.
  I think this apartment is suitable for 1 night stay. But it’s not equipped for 3+ night stays.

  Nice clean apartment with a reasonably well stocked kitchen. It was very secure and safe, and also very quiet. It is walking distance to mall and transport. There was enough bedding and towels and we had a bottle of water waiting for us too.
  
  What could be improved: Was a bit tricky to find the correct building as the map seems a bit inaccurate. The host confirmed earlier checkin but apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived and I also had to ask for codes to doors, but I received a response fairly quickly.
