One-Bedroom Traku Street Apartment by Reside Baltic Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to the One-Bedroom Traku Street Apartment by Reside Baltic, you’re immediately struck by just how perfectly positioned this four-star property is in Vilnius Old Town. I mean, Traku Street itself is one of those cobblestone lanes that feels like stepping back in time — you know, the kind where every building has a story and the morning light hits the medieval facades just right. The apartment sits quietly among these historic structures, and honestly, you’d almost miss it if you weren’t looking for the discreet entrance. There’s something refreshing about a place that doesn’t need to shout about its location when it’s this good.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s the thing about staying on Traku Street — you’re literally in the heart of everything that matters in Vilnius Old Town, but somehow it doesn’t feel touristy or overwhelming. Step outside and you’re a two-minute walk from Cathedral Square, where locals still gather for everything from farmers markets to political rallies. The narrow streets around here are lined with amber shops and cozy cafes where you’ll actually hear Lithuanian being spoken more than English. What I love is that couples seem to get this immediately — there’s something inherently romantic about wandering these medieval streets together, especially in the evening when the street lamps create these perfect little pools of light.
The Apartment Experience
The one-bedroom setup here is honestly perfect for two people who want space to breathe without feeling lost in some massive hotel suite. The apartment has this clean, modern aesthetic that somehow doesn’t clash with the historic building — it’s like they found the sweet spot between contemporary comfort and respecting the Old Town character. You’ve got a proper kitchen (which is actually useful when you want to grab fresh bread from the local bakeries), a living area where you can spread out with maps and guidebooks, and a bedroom that’s quiet despite being in the city center. The windows — well, they frame views of those red-tiled roofs and church spires that make Vilnius so photogenic.
Daily Life & Practicalities
What strikes me about the One-Bedroom Traku Street Apartment is how it makes you feel like a temporary local rather than just another tourist passing through. The building itself has that solid, lived-in quality that older European apartments do — thick walls that keep things quiet, high ceilings that make the space feel generous. You’re close enough to everything that you don’t need taxis or public transport for most sightseeing, but far enough from the main tourist drags that you get a sense of authentic neighborhood life. The nearby streets have those small grocery stores where the owners remember your face after a day or two.
Why Guests Love It
Recent guests consistently rave about the location, and after spending time here, I totally get why. It’s that rare combination of being central without being chaotic — you can walk to Gediminas Tower for sunset views, then slip back to your quiet street for dinner at one of the local restaurants that don’t even have English menus. Couples especially seem to appreciate having their own space to retreat to after days of exploring, plus there’s something undeniably romantic about having your own little corner of this UNESCO World Heritage site. The 8.6 rating honestly feels about right — it’s the kind of place that delivers exactly what it promises without any unnecessary fuss.
To book a hotel in Vilnius during the Capital Days festival, visitors plan ahead to balance baroque-church mornings with dinners in the Old Town courtyards.

Reviews of One-Bedroom Traku Street Apartment by Reside Baltic
Very Good – Sandra from Germany – August 18, 2025 (8/10)
Very Good – Kristine from Luxembourg – August 7, 2025 (8/10)
Siisti, tasokas ja rauhallinen – Tuukka from Finland – July 26, 2025 (9/10)
Erittäin siisti ja tasokas asunto. Erinomainen sijainti. Rauhallinen talo.
What could be improved: Yksi pyyhesetti puuttui. Very Good – Géraldine from France – July 19, 2025 (8/10)
Emplacement très intéressant
What could be improved: La chambre sans fenêtre
L’odeur d’humiditéLovely little apartment in the old town – Clare from United Kingdom – June 30, 2025 (9/10)
Liked the location and facilities – all pretty new furnishings etc so it was very comfortable. Close to bus stops for the stations and a little IKI express mini supermarket and lots of restaurants in easy walking distance
What could be improved: It would have been helpful to have some basics in the kitchen, like Olive oil, salt and pepper, a corkscrew etc it’s annoying to have to buy those things when you stay in a place with a kitchen. This isn’t a property criticism but be aware you cannot buy alcohol in shops after 8pm in Lithuania! So stock up early doors!Groot en schoon appartement – Richard from Netherlands – June 4, 2025 (9/10)
Groot appartement, schoon en ruime badkamer. Douche was erg fijn.
Exceptional – Aya from Japan – June 3, 2025 (10/10)
Good – Jana from Czech Republic – May 6, 2025 (7/10)
Lokalita výborná, blízko do centra, klidné místo, prostorná koupelna.
Exceptional – Kateryna from Ukraine – January 8, 2025 (10/10)
Perfect location – Lukas from Germany – August 21, 2024 (10/10)
I had a fantastic stay at this cozy apartment! The design was stylish and modern, and the location – couldn't be better—right in the heart of Vilnius, with easy access to all the best shops, restaurants, and sights. The Reside team was also incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located home away from home.
